So I’m here now can’t get in because the doors are locked. I tried calling multiple times and the open light is on there signs say noon to be opened. The lady is standing inside behind the counter. Not unlocking the door. If you run a business and have employees and time to open. Then you should make sure they do there job. This is ridiculous

The milk tea taste terrible，and they charge me 3 dollars extra without telling me and it’s not written in menu!!!

Awful service. Online has this place open until 10pm. We arrived at 9:30 and got rudely rushed out the door and told to leave. Do not recommend if you want nice service. They need to update their website on apple. Very disappointed as I am not from AK and would have loved some local ice cream.

When they first opened their ice cream left a weird coating on your tongue. I don't know when they changed their, made in-house, ice cream recipe, but IT NO LONGER LEAVES THAT COATING! I'm so excited! I loved their drinks, but now I can eat their ice cream! And there mochi bubble waffle things are amazing too. They are my guilty treat. I'm so happy because I was honestly disappointed originally, but now I'm so relieved

Really need to work on customer service. Individual taking order was not particularly friendly or patient.

Also, restroom is closed to the public due to "covid." No mask requirements or other measures, just closed bathrooms without exception even for little kids. Sounds much more like an excuse not to have to keep a public restroom clean.

The service was great, everyone was nice and friendly. Place was cute and very clean. I ordered the Cookie Monster ice cream and Mango Fruit tea. I loved the Mango Fruit tea, I will try more in the future. The ice cream wasn’t what I expected and probably won’t try more in the future. Tea was exactly like the ones I’ve had around Asia.

The employees were nice enough and I'm always happy for new things to try, but overall I had to give it a low rating due to taste. The ice cream tastes like they bought dipping dots and just squished the dots, rolled it flat and re-served it to me. The topping choices they put in their signature creations are just weird and do nothing for the flavor. Mine came with fruit loops, Pocky sticks and a whole oreo shoved on top. I'd prefer cold stone for a similar price but larger servings and better taste.

Not really my thing. The employees were nice, the restaurant was clean. The ice cream combination bowls are interesting but not to my liking. Would be awesome to have a coffee or chocolate combination. Also the menu is difficult to see unless at the counter.

So customer service not so good lady gave me attitude when I asked what they had. Place is beautiful. Very clean . I had a chocolate milkshake tasted like water . I didnt like it. My son had a chocolate lovers ice cream. . He gave it a 3 . Won't be coming again. I thought it was going to he bombb but ya it's not lol or maybe what I got wasnt

The brownie ice cream, cookies'n'creme ice cream, and chocolate cake were yummy! I was told by the employee, since they are slow on Mondays, they lock the doors at 7:45pm (which I didn't know). I got there at 8:05pm and they reluctantly let me in to order, which left me with mixed feelings.
