For the 2nd time my family and i got to the storefront at 12 when the sign says you open only to watch your employees arrive after us. Then the brunette decides to cut us off mid order with the price of our unfinished order. Real fantastic service....

I am a delivery driver and when I picked up an order that I assumed was ice cream it instead had a hot coffee inside of a paper bag along with a boxed slice of chocolate cake. Because the coffee was not secure in any cupholder. I didn’t know it was coffee because I don’t drink coffee and the word macchiato means nothing to me. The coffee spilled all over my car which resulted in the customer not getting his food. IN addition, the store hours say they are open until 9:30 PM. When I called them at 9:03 o’clock to re-order the coffee they did not answer the phone and when I arrived back at the store at 9:15 the doors were locked.
Lastly, while I was in the store earlier another customer asked about using the restroom. They were told that the restrooms were broken and closed. I stated, to the worker, that if they were serving food to dine-in customers that they legally, per Alaska health and sanitation law standards, have to have a working bathroom so people can wash their hands. The response was …. “ I just work here”. 👎👎👎

Ordered a milk shake. It tasted like an ice cream substitute. Definitely made with water because it had ice granules.

To start with the person behind the counter never said a word. She merely looked at me and wiated for my order. Which totaled $13.50. I gave her $15 and was planning on putting the change in the tip jar. As i stood there waiting for my change she instead hands me a numbered buzzer instead. We were the only people in there. And she never offered my change. My wife and I were laughing at this point. Well minutes later our tag started blinking. We never would ha e guessed it was our order. Lol.. we picked up our drinks. Which were at least what we ordered, and left. There was no "thank you " or " have a nice day ", just silence. I felt like we were in a monster drink library.

Was told this experience would "change my life" and wasn't disappointed! Incredible flavors. Definitely a place I'll go out of my way for on future Fairbanks visits

I arrived at 8:52 and tried to go inside and the door was locked with workers still inside. Both online and their window store hours say 9:00. I looked at them through the window and raised my arms as a question and pointed to my watch. They simple shrugged their shoulders and walked to the back.

All employees wear mask and the place is clean.
Strawberry monster is my favorite.

Ice cream good but concept weird. Menu very limited. You cannot worder any Sundays that are not listed on Menu.
