Tamp & Grind

I grew up in the PNW and I miss having a hip coffee shop to hang out in. This place reminds me of home. They make a fantastic lavender oat milk latte.

This was one of, if not the coolest coffee places I have visited...the coffee was much better than the big chains and the service was superior as well...the place reminded me of an old beatnik places and it was just really a cool place...I wishes there was a place like this in Fort Worth...

Love the atmosphere, baristas are nice, and its a nice place to get a little studying/relaxation done. My Mocha Latte was perfect (just tell em to put half the normal mocha flavoring) and the fritatta always taste great. 👌🏿 👍🏿

My favorite coffee shop in Alexandria! Always welcoming, with amazing customer service, I would not dream of going anywhere else for my latte fix!

Tamp and Grind is an awesome home away from home. Almond milk and plenty of options, a chilled, funky vibe with lots of different seating options, board games and free reading material, it's a great place to chill. There's also art work for sale and indoor plants to complete the safe space. I can't wait to make a trip to Alexandria again and check out Tamp and Grind.

Good coffee. The bottom of their iced Carmel macchiatos with whipped cream are straight up addictive.

Tamp & Grind makes such a refreshing change from the endless corporate chains. We stopped by to cool-off in the summer heat and had the nicest, smoothest and most refreshing smoothie anyone could ever wish for in a relaxed and pleasing interior. And so very arty! Service was both professional and friendly and made to feel welcome. Highly recommended if ever passing by Downtown Alexandria.
