Nice, spacious coffee shop for a quick chit chat or even a nice long game of chess. My iced americano was excellent and the service was as well. The only negative aspect of my experience was the location. Downtown Alexandria is usually seen as the bad part of town and it is out of the way for some people closer to uptown. Overall: I would go there again!

Wonderful little coffee shop! The aesthetics were very nice and it was a relaxing environment with plenty of seating to sit down and read or work in a quiet space.

Atmosphere of this hidden gem has always been lovely. The baristas are always welcoming and helpful especially when I have a hard time deciding. They also offer a wide variety of coffee and espresso drinks, flavors and brew styles.

The best coffee, bar none. Not hyperbole. Rich and smooth, not bitter like SB. Super cute, friendly barristas. Board games were fun to look through. Best thing downtown Alex has going for it.

I love it here. The vibe is great. And nothing is better than the smell of fresh coffee. No other place like it in this little city. Huge recommendation for anyone who wants some alone time or just a chill place to come with a friend or more. Baristas are always the sweetest. Much love to the founder.

Just went. I ordered a orange cream grinder and a hot chocolate for my niece. I paid 18$ all to get the wrong order. The lady told me what they made was cheaper lol what after 18$ and it was not what I ordered. She processed to tell me to get back in line and order again or she could give me a refund and not get my tip back. I will never go here.

I love Tamp! I go there so much! It is a great place with diverse customers and a cozy and artistic atmosphere. The coffee is amazing! Cold beer with banana foster flavoring is my favorite but everything is good.

The cashier on Wednesday/ Thursday morning (8:15am) was very friendly. Her suggestion was wonderful Honey nut cheerio cold coffee was wonderful. I enjoyed 😋🥰

Was in Alexandria for the day and read about this place online. The Gentleman working the counter was as polite as could be. Very professional. While I was waiting in line, one of the other customers was telling us the history of T&G. Great service, great coffee, great atmosphere!
