Caribou Coffee

My husband and I are both extremely happy about our experience there! We came by on Monday morning. The woman at the drive through was very friendly and made sure our order was correct. She even included a cookie in our bag of bagel sandwiches that said Caribou appreciates our business. I know they’re probably doing that for everyone right now, but we were so pleasantly surprised. Thanks Caribou!

Slow,slow,slow and the inside is not open half the time in the AM anymore. I ordered ahead to pick up in the drive-through today and had to leave the line and the order because I was getting late for work.

My friend and I came here to get some grading done. We were there from mid afternoon till closing and for the majority of our time there, the employees were loudly discussing their frustrations with another coworker. One went so far as to state that she hates her job. About 6:30, half an hour before closing, my friend went up to order something to eat and the employee told her they had turned the oven off and wouldn’t sell her a sandwich.

Went thru the Drive thru about 2pm on 1/2/21. The guy working the drive thru was wearing a white mask that was really dirty with yellow, green, brown stain around his nose. So disgusting. Please address with employees. I won't be back.

I used to frequent a different location but started going to this Caribou due to relocating to the area. I have to say, I’m incredibly impressed with the quality here, my drink orders have been on point every time.

I’ve frequented this Caribou multiple times in the past year. Every time the staff are friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I’ve never had them give me a wrong order and they are always timely! Highly recommend and a great team!

Love their coffee! The service is always friendly! I like the variety of things that they have for beverages. I have really loved the Caribou Perks points program and I like that they have a daily trivia question. They do not have as wide of a selection on breakfast items and some beverages can be really sweet, so you can ask for half the syrup. They also have sugar-free and dairy free drinks.

This Caribou is very close to my house. When I moved in, I though this is great and very convenient. When I've gone the few times that I have, the service has been less than stellar. I tried one more time this morning, my experience has confirmed that I will never stop for coffee here ever! 10 PLUS MINUTES waiting at the window of the drive through for one coffee and a croissant. Only two people on staff, and they made my coffee wrong and I was too far away to turn around. The management of this location is horrible, there is never enough staff, the drive through is painstakingly slow, and they can't seem to get a non-fat half flavor latte right to save their lives.

This a stand alone Caribou location with a drive thru. There is ample seating available including high tops, small tables, comfy chairs, and large table seating as well. Additionally there is a private room with a door, not sure if it can be reserved or not, but looked like a neat space. It does get crowded and parking lot gets full. Only complaint is that since it is load and crowded at times didn't hear my name called for my drink. Great meeting place of study space, enjoy!

A great location. They have plenty of public seating an at least one private room that can be reserved. To reserve the space, you'll need to order a $25 Caribou gift card (There are no direct rental fees for the space, and you can certainly spend that gift card on coffee or other goods at Caribou.).

I think due to the large space, heating is a but hit or miss in the winter. Some places are warm. Some places are cold. Heat isn't distributed very evenly throughout the space. If the weather's not bad, though, you'll be just fine.
