Caribou Coffee

I work just down the street from this location and visit it often, same with a lot of my Co workers. I visited yesterday which was the 4th of July. I'm very disappointed in the service or I should say lack of service I received. I had just gotten done at work and wanted an iced coffee for my drive out of town. As i drove by I saw the open sign was still on and multiple cars in the parking lot. I pulled up to the Thur and was greeted with a " sorry were closed" I asked her what time they had closed at. She told me right now. I asked you closed at 7:28pm? She then told me that was not what their systems inside said and it said they are closed. My phone is set automatically so I know it wasn't 7:30 yet. She refused to serve me. I just wanted one simple drink and I got nothing. I will not be returning to this location anytime soon or possibly ever. I could understand if they closed at 7, then yes I was too late. But 2 minutes before 7:30 when they supposedly closed and the refusal to help a paying customer.

This is my go-to Caribou on days I DJ. Service is quick, staff is happy and cheerful, and there is rarely a line. Nice, big, clean inside with plenty of seating and even a private room available to reserve. I love it!

I arrived there at 7:50AM today and left at 8:23ish in the drive through, there were only 6 cars in front of me but it looks like it takes them 10 minutes to make 1 drink per car. They didn’t seem busy but maybe there was only one person working today.

It is a pretty big space with two fairly sized private rooms you can reserve. We had a leadership meeting and it was a great space to work in. Mind you the tempature in the space seemed to fluctuate a lot so bring a coat if it is the winter time.

A well oiled staff, friendly and can make a turtle mocha just right! I recommend

Employees can't handle work order. They are always understaffed. Line is always backed up. Expect 15 - 20 minute wait times on the weekend. The drink quality is poor as well, since they are always rushing to keep up with orders. Hence the understaffing. They will never learn to have a consistent speed at this store

Great customer services even during their busy hour. Booking a conference was really fast and easy. Thank you Caribou Coffee on Rice Street!! I will plan to come there for my drinks even if I have to travel a little further.

Big parking lot but always hard to find parking. If you're planning on meeting people here, try a different Caribou because even if you can find a spot, its likely the last one and the person you're meeting won't have a spot. Quality of the drinks are on par with other Caribous.

Large lobby, felt very comfortable social distancing while sitting inside! The staff sanitized several times over the two hours I was in there. Glad it’s open again!

I have been a regular customer for several months, although, recently we have watched this Caribou go from a warm welcoming friendly staff to a staff not capable of a single ounce of customer service. The seating area doesn’t appear to have been cleaned for some time now. Sad to admit McDonalds coffee may soon be our new morning stop. Caribou step in and teach your staff customer service before losing all your customers.
