Caribou Coffee

This Caribou has been through a really hard time with two years of construction making it almost inaccessible, followed immediately by COVID lockdowns. Now that they're back up and fully functioning again, they could do with some new management to come in to re-invigorate and re-train the team, and put some better systems in place to support the bustling in-person and drive-thru business. Sadly, much as I want to support them, the service is so slow and sloppy and they get my order wrong more times than they get it right, making it quicker and easier to head up to one of the Caribous on 96 instead.

I'm not a frequent caribou customer, so I usually need a second to review the menu. This doesn't seem to matter at must locations, but the two times I've been here it seemed to really irk the employees. It's a little stuffy and not the friendliest location, but the drinks are ok.

I'm a paramedic with Allina Health. We stopped by to get some great coffee and something to eat. We placed our order. Unfortunately we got a call and had to leave before our order was ready. I stopped by the next day. Lou remember me. She showed sincere concern that we did not get what we ordered. Thank you!!! Caribou always takes care of us and all of their customers​. By the way. It's a beautiful store and location.

This might be the best Caribou Coffee in the Twin Cities. It's gigantic! Tons of space with tons of seating options and comfy chairs everywhere. But what really sets this one apart from others are the TWO meeting space. Giant rooms with tons of seats, plugs for laptops, and white boards and markers. You could hold a 10-12 person meeting in each room and still have space!
Maybe good for a game night???

This is a BUSY location but also one of the biggest carribous amd has a big closed in meeting room as well as lots of indoor and some outdoor seating when it's warm of course. The staff are always friendly and pretty fast, and they keep it clean. Great location, well staffed.....would recommend for casual drink with a friend or even a business meeting!

I've been going to this caribou roughly once a week for almost a year. Overall, very poor service. Some staff are nice but others are plain rude. The drive-thru and lobby are always incredibly slow. Today, I went inside to order when it wasn't too busy yet. There were only 2 customers including myself waiting to order and about 3 cars in the drive-thru. My order should have taken 5 minutes at most. There were 4 workers and all they had to do was heat up my sandwich and pour my coffees into cups, literally. One light roast and one cold press. I had to wait 15 minutes for my whole order. A girl in a pink tutu gave my breakfast sandwich to the man ahead of me. After he left, they put his food up. He got the wrong sandwich and I overheard another customer explaining that her order was messed up also. I will not be a returning customer.

Food and drink was fine. I ordered dinner for my two kids and brought them to the large back room to eat, to not bother other customers. As soon as the boys started eating, an employee came to tell us that the room was reserved for that time. Not a big deal really. I just had to carry everything to a different spot and re-settle my kids. Is it that hard to post a sign? Nice location, I guess just ask before using one of the 2 areas in back, as it is not posted if reserved.

The drive through order taker had a bad attitude. Then when I received my drink it was undrinkable.

Coffee is always good when I order. The space is also convenient for either a quick coffee date or big group too since they have two big rooms. Also a great place to meet up halfway with friends who lives in St. Paul and those in Minneapolis.

Everytime I have come in they are super nice and friendly. Everyone is super helpful, it's amazing. Whether you are a regular or a first time customer, they will treat you like they've know you for years. I would recommend this location to anyone.
