Caribou Coffee

Five stars due to excellent service by Louise! I ordered an americano and a gift card and the gift card disappeared (fell under my car's seat is what I later figured out) right after Louse gave it to me. She patiently zero'd out the lost card and added the balance to a new card. I brought the lost card back when I found it and thanked her profusely. Louise was patient, professional and didn't sweat it when under pressure! Thank you, Louise!

I love this location! Drive thru is normally pretty speedy. Same coffee and food as the other ‘bous. Inside is just a different vibe. In the main area a light chatter. In the two enclosed rooms pretty quiet. The enclosed rooms are great for reading/working.

Nice staff; busy locale - both inside and Drive-thru; nice work pod areas vs sitting areas.

The food are cooked perfectly and the veggies offered are always cooked with just the right amount of crisp. The staff is so kind, and knowledgeable about their selections. I recommend making reservations,

I love this Caribou! Friendly and efficient staff and great seating area.

Messed up my order 3 days in a row. Tells me they have an everything bagel so I get one and it’s not even the everything bagel. I asked for sliced and toasted it’s not. I asked for cream cheese I got none.

I go to caribou all over the twin cities and they all seem to have issues finishing the coffee. They tend to put the correct ingredients in but can't seem to figure out the stirring part of it. I love the coffee. However, it is getting irritating considering what we pay for these drinks.

Construction abounds on their block so be prepared for bad traffic. Customer service is very fast and helpful though. There is plenty of space to park and to sit inside.

Although the interior is a bit dated (maybe I was spoiled by my past Caribou being so new!) the customer service is great, and the drinks are well made.

Got a berry white mocha iced large size waited almost 10 min for it. Kinda ridiculous I was the only customer in drive thru and there were only 2 ppl inside.
