Before going, you should know that a drip coffee is going to cost you $5 and a cold brew will be $6-7. They include gratuity but even then I think the coffee is still overpriced for what you get compared to other locally owned businesses. The place's design is really cute and the people are really friendly, but I won't be back.

It is a very pretty location, but not a great choice for a break time coffee run. It might have been the longest I've waited on an americano to be prepared and I was the only one being assisted at the time. I have no idea how much it or my pastry cost each as prices weren't visible and a receipt wasn't provided. None of the coffee beans or other merchandise have prices either. As a neither here nor there item, their espresso is on the sour/floral side. This isn't my preference, but I understand it could be to someone else's. If you are into a vibe, aesthetics, not on a deadline, and aren't interested in price transparency, this might be up your alley.
Edit: Look, pal, I don't want to have a philosophical discussion before 8 AM on my way into the office when time is limited. This is not for me. Thanks.

The Parable Coffee is my favorite coffee shop in Columbus, the atmosphere is welcoming, the drinks are great, and the staff is attentive and friendly. I would come here everyday if I could.

Fantastic place! The lattes are the best in the city, hands-down. The scones and cinnamon rolls are just incredible too.
The baristas/owners are great people, and I'm so glad they opened this spot. I can't wait until when it's safe to spend time inside, so I can hang out for a bit and enjoy the atmosphere.
Especially right now, we need to be diligent about supporting the small businesses we want to see make it through. This one is already a staple of my weekend routine, and I can't wait to see it continue to grow and evolve. Check it out!

$5 for a sour Americano halfway full in an 8oz cup, no thanks, not coming back

Nice building and staff but way too expensive for the quality received. Waited 25 minutes in line and 25 minutes for my latte.

This is a great stop for coffee. The people working the shop are very warm and welcoming. Every single time I go I’ve gotten the perfect pour for a latte or cappuccino. I’m a big fan of that. The coffee itself is excellent and they do a good job of letting you know what kind of flavors you’re going to be getting with the different roasts. This is my new spot for a coffee treat and it’s just the best.
Look them up on social, too. They always have some cool gifts and specials going.

Gorgeous new space! Drinks are consistently delicious and the rotating menu items never disappoint. The business model emphasizing caring for the community is an added bonus!

We just stopped by the first time for a couple of cuppas- the social distance factor was good and low key, and the coffee was perfect . Lavender Latte, and a pour over, both comforting and tasty. Friendly, patient staff. I should have taken more pics. Next time. They deserve lots of love.

Best coffee shop in Columbus. Hands down. Stop trying to compete. The flavor combinations are out of this world. The mission is something everyone should aspire to.
