Parable Coffee

I enjoyed to space tremendously and the staff was wonderful. Only thing I would change would be the music… it would be more enjoyable if there was a more relaxed soundtrack in the background.

Location is great, they have alot of seating and a good playlist. They win "best aesthetic coffee shop" for sure. Also happy they quickly adopted table numbers for dine in instead of having to call people names

The guava panela latte is really good, I'm not the biggest fan of their guava matcha, would have liked it a tad sweeter for my tastes. Haven't tried any of their small bites (partnership with three bites bakery) yet but it seems like most enjoyed it

Their prices are alot but they do have pay what you like and they don't charge for non dairy.

Great little coffee shop with tasty drinks and a relaxing atmosphere. Also everyone in there is always super attractive.

Parable Coffee is a coffee-lovers heaven. They made me a great flat white. There’s plenty of great space to sit and sip or work. Nearby there’s a great park by the river to walk.

Great atmosphere, delicious espresso. First time customer. I had a tasty latte. Took off a star because of all the coffee houses I’ve been to all over the world, I’ve never encountered an $11 latte & $4 for an extra shot. 😲💸

I loved Parable when it was on Parsons and it is every bit as good now as it was then. The crafted drinks really are unique and always incredible but they never overlook how to rotate through the best batch and pour over coffee options.

Great baristas preparing great coffee's! These are the most wonderful human beings I have had the pleasure to know. We appreciate everything they are doing for our community.

Prices are quite high but worth it knowing the baristas are making a fair wage! I was happy to spend the money myself, but the pay-what-you-can option is also wonderful and unique. On top of that, this was one of the best oat milk lattes (thank you for using good quality oat milk!) I’ve had.
