Upper Cup Coffee

I got an iced coffee - essentially they made a drip coffee over a giant cup of ice that made it was so watered down it tasted like bitter water. I would have asked them to fix it but the employee had already walked outside and around the corner. So I literally just threw my drink away it was so bad.

I love Upper Cup. It’s my favorite coffee place in Columbus. Their drinks are delicious and the atmosphere is perfect for a meeting or being productive on your own. Everyone who works here is very friendly and knows how to make a mean latte. I also love that they display local art on their walls.

Cool new coffee shop in downtown Gahanna. Came here with my mom and we both loved it! Definitely a younger hangout vibe but great coffee and sandwiches that everyone in the family can enjoy. Sadly missed the homemade donuts but will be back soon! ($1.50 for one, $6 for 1/2 dozen, or $12/dozen)

A whole vibe. Coffee and pastries were delicious, and the atmosphere was very relaxing.

If you're looking for fast food quick coffee, go to Starbucks (which don't get me wrong, I do) but if you're looking for coffee ground, brewed and made up fresh, this is your place. Definitely a middle ground for coffee snobs and people that just want a good brew alike. Donuts ain't to shabby either.

Previously rated this location a 4 when I initially visited, simply due to wait times and a small lack of quality in a sandwich. Since then I have been back countless times, and each time they improve. Additionally, I have always been treated with absolute respect by the staff and continue to feel welcome. Give this place a try!

Decent product selection, no pastries on most days and the unhappy guy that works there puts a damper on the coffee shop vibes whenever I have to speak to him for my order. Also, it would be nice if he wouldn't touch his mask or any part if his person before preparing food, AND when preparing tea, don't throw the cup top on the counter, mouth side down. Put a napkin down first....yuck!

Popped in for some coffee on this rainy Saturday and thoroughly enjoyed what I got in return. Nice atmosphere and kind staff. Let the person behind the register kind of pick a drink for me, and was not disappointed! Delicious!
