Upper Cup Coffee

Delicious!
My husband and I shared an iced latte with whole milk.
The ratio of espresso bitterness to the sweetness of the whole milk was perfect for my taste!

This is our favorite local coffee shop. My husband enjoys their pour overs and flavor options. Their hot chai with whole milk are my absolute comfort drink. We also enjoy their cronuts and snails, but you have to get there early in the day to get them before they're gone! We also enjoy all the local art they showcase.

I want more than anything to like this place but every time I go I don’t get a welcome or a thank you from the staff. I always feel like I’m an inconvenience to them. As an example, on Saturday morning I bought quite a few pastries and several drinks. The only comment made by the worker was the price and then to call out my drink. Not a single smile or an ounce of gratitude for my service.

As an entrepreneur, it's a great place to focus and get work done. Nice and friendly atmosphere.

Upper Cup has a beautiful, inviting exterior. I wish the interior was cozy and welcoming to match. Unfortunately, there is an excess of uncomfortably open space and primarily wooden tables and chairs. The ample space would really benefit from some comfortable lounge furniture like you see in other coffee shops. The coffee is good and the baristas are nice.

Great staff, clean and relaxing environment, and really great prices. Their "cronuts" are absolutely amazing.

We hang out here at least once a week. Perfect location and chill vibes.

This is my new favorite coffee place! I get the iced caramel latte, SO good!
The only thing is I wish they were available on Doordash!! But it's also probably a good thing they arent or else I would be getting it....all the time.

Want a great cup of coffee and breakfast sandwich? This is a perfect place to go! Very good egg sandwich, with jalapeños on a fresh Italian roll from Auddion's Italian Bakery.

I have stopped by here twice now when I had some time to kill in the late afternoon. Both times I ordered a caramel macchiato and both times the barista confirmed the way I wanted it made (i.e. traditionally or like Starbucks). Both times the drink was absolutely delicious. Parking is a bit confusing but once you realize the garage is color coded it’s a bit easier. I would love to come back earlier in the day to try some pastries.

I love upper cup! My son and I walk here at least once a week. Their coffee is delicious and my son loves their home made donuts. The staff is super friendly too! I have started buying their Brazil beans so I can enjoy their coffee at home as well. Such a great addition to Creekside!
