Upper Cup is a surprisingly simple, but progressive coffee shop located in the heart of a conservative town. The coffee is amazingly priced, prepared in various ways, and tastes great. The atmosphere is nothing like Starbucks coffee grinders going off every 38 seconds drowned out by loud music. I like the fact that I can actually work from here. The menu is simple which allows them to specialize in the things they offer. The internet is strong enough to support VPN use.

Great cup of coffee. Had a Brazilian medium roast pour over. No cream or sugar needed. Great ambiance. People were spaced out throughout the shop all wearing masks. Felt safe and very at ease.

Great spot to relax or work. The coffee is delicious, food is good, and the service is friendly!

Nice digs, great coffee and great people. It's nice to see businesses invested in their communities too!

10/ 31/22 I 2alk in don't get greeted. The guy at the counter is super short doesn't even make eye contact nor speaks up. Wipes his nose before handling my food and coffee and... just to make the perfect cappuccino... that was the only good thing to come out of this experience. Glad he used gloves cus I would have just left. And went else where.

The breakfast sandwich is super cheap... 3.50 and it is huge! Coffee was okay. Atmosphere solid. Good natural light. Prob the highlight is the workers....they were awesome.

The coffee is good. The Brazil beans they had produced a great pour over that had good flavor and mild to low acidity. Very smooth coffee.
Nothing here absorbs sound so it's loud & hard to hear when they call out your order on a semi-busy Saturday morning.
The sandwich I ordered was a bit expensive at $6 for a mid-sized Boar's Head deli meat sandwich, but not outrageous and still pretty tasty.
I'd recommend it if you're in the area and want a coffee to go.

I ordered a 16 Oz caramel latte and I was pleased with it. The staff was friendly and my drink was quickly prepared. I wish they offered a 20 ounces option like most other places.

I absolutely enjoyed the coffee. This is a beautiful unique coffee shop with coffee from different parts of the world. They have a unique system in how they brew the coffee.. their spicy turkey sandwich is wonderful. They have 2 locations;gahanna and Parsons ave. You can taste the difference in the coffee from each country or region. Very clean, open chiche environment. Love it. Can't wait to go back.
