They always put bacon on egg and cheese sandwiches. Like the order clearly says just egg and cheese but over 50% of the time they add bacon. I sometimes pick up sandwiches on the way to work in the morning and don’t discover this until I get to work and it’s too late to swap it out. As a vegetarian it makes the sandwich inedible. I don’t understand how it’s so impossible to just make and egg and cheese sandwich. I’ve previously brought it up with management and they said they would do better but they haven’t changed.

I really like this place, the staff is always super friendly! I order the same thing everytime I go, garden avocado no tomato add bacon. My sandwich is never the same (even though I order it the same everytime) , today they were out of avocado. I opened the sandwich up and all that's on it is bacon and 1 egg. I paid 8.73 for bacon and a egg. They never mentioned they were out of anything else expect avocado. Where did the rest of the stuff on the sandwich go? And I hate to complain, but this is my treat to myself as they are not the cheapest place around. Would just like some consistency if you make me pay $2 extra for bacon and 5.99 for the sandwich and then not include everything else on it. Bagel, bacon and egg, that's all I got. Pretty disappointed.

Went to Einsteins this morning for two simple bagels, one toasted with plain cream cheese and one toasted with strawberry cream cheese. As we pulled up to the window we were given our drinks pretty quickly. Then we sat there at the window for about 10 minutes waiting for our bagels. The window worker obviously forgot about it as she came back to the window and rudely asked what we were waiting on. We said our bagels and she came back about 5 minutes later with a bag. When checking the food, it wasn’t even our order, so she grabbed it back from our car to serve to someone else after we touched it. We tried to tell her the bagels we ordered so she could correct it but she walked away while we were talking to her, without even hearing what we ordered. Then waiting again for our order to be corrected. I would have simply made bagels myself at home, would have been faster and more pleasant and than this experience this morning. Horrendous customer service and mediocre food.

Good enough for a road trip, but if you are used to great bagels (NJ & NY people know what’s up), this ain’t for you. We ordered egg & cheese on a bagel and got bacon on it, which we don’t eat. Then the other bagel I ordered “toasted” was just warm and kind of blah.

The ice coffee was extra strong, and the strawberry cream cheese bagel was so good, loved it

I payed for a mobile order and waited in the parking spot and after 45 minutes my order was still never brought out. I go inside to ask about why my food still has still not been brought out to me and they tell me mobile orders do not work well. If they do not work efficiently they should not be giving it as an option. They eventually find it sitting on the counter in the back after it had been sitting there for over half an hour and still gave it to me with no refund, apology or any compensation for their mistake. That is not good customer service and unfortunately this is not the first time for this to happen which is why I am leaving a review this time.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS! I went at around 8:52 on January 27, 2022 to order a plain bagel with schmear and an everything bagel with schmear. The lady who was working drive thru told me my total was 8.04 and then asked if I wanted a receipt. I said no in an effort to reduce waste, and then my card was ran. Luckily, I get instant notifications on my phone of charges, and was notified that my card was charged 9.14. After waiting nearly ten minutes to get my bagels, I then asked for a copy of my receipt. She gave it to me, and I noticed that she charged me for a tip that I did not authorize. When I pointed it out to her, she played dumb and said “that’s weird” and then asked for my card back and the receipt to refund me the tip amount. I still have not been refunded. This is customer theft, and it makes me wonder how often this is done without being caught.

Ian is AMAZING!!!! He always knows exactly what I want and its always something different and exciting. He handcrafts my lunch and breakfast bagels and they are just so darn delicious. Oh, and the coffee gets my motor running too! Thank you for always bringing a smile to my face, Ian. You are truly a one of a kind gentleman and manager. I appreciate you and hope others do to.
