Einstein Bros. Bagels

Very expensive bagels and sandwiches. Everything usually tastes great. The service is fast and friendly. I remember when bagels were large, tasty, and cheap. They weren't gourmet and all they required was toasting and a schmere. I would never go if not for my wife's love of their jalapeno bagels and schmere. Me, I'd prefer any Hardee's breakfast sandwich.

Absolute horrible customer service. Told us there was a 40 min wait for a bagel with cream cheese, not a sandwich, literally a bagel that is in the basket right in front of of us, taking it out, putting cream cheese on. Everyone was rude and quite frankly, unkempt, laughing and standing around. There were multiple tables available and only 2 other people in line, who were also turned away. How can an establishment have a drive-thru and not be able to accommodate even the simplest request in a timely manner? Just abysmal.

No more tuna, no more smoked salmon smear, 1/2 teaspoon of cream cheese on bagels, the stars are for the reps.in drive thru. Going to other bagel place in Knoxville and even Panera

This Einstein location is one of the best I have been to. Good selection throughout the day and ample staff to handle the morning rush.

I wish there were more Einstein brothers around this place is awesome! We got warm oven fresh bagles from there and it reminded me of miami thank you. They are clean and very put together at this location. Definitely a good place for breakfast food

What an amazing staff!!! So I came in on the 9th of this month ordering my usual chicken bagel with bacon on it. Well it didn't have bacon on it, however I didn't check on the sandwich until I got to work. I came in today to see if I could get the same thing just to not be charged for the bacon (because I was charged for it last time) Instead they gave me a free meal!!! Angelina is such an amazing employee and there were no questions at all. Thank you guys so much!!!!

Rarely write negative reviews, however my family pulled in to Einstein Bagels at 3:55PM and the staff flipped the close sign on. Clearly we weren't planning on eating in due to it being close to the 4:00PM closing time. We asked about the 4:00PM closing time, they looked at their phone and shrugged their shoulders. We could have easily purchased the bagels we drove here to buy and left probably still within the closing time. Regardless, what business refuses customers like that? For me, I'd love to have any customers possible even if its 5 minutes after closing.

We enjoy Einsteins. I got a breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel, which was great, and prepared really fast. My wife got a cherry pastry, fresh-made daily, and delicious. I had a couple cups of coffee, which was steaming hot and fresh. Close to the Interstate, so it's convenient to I-40 and Turkey Creek Mall.

Excellent experience all the way around! Delicious bagels, great coffee, killer chocolate chip bakery goods, how can you beat that? Two weeks ago I drove over 40 miles one way and it was well worth it and I am doing it again tomorrow!

I like the food at Einstein's bagels but the drive thru almost took an hour to get through. We arrived at 11:40 and it's 12:35. I wish they had a better system because although I like the food, I do not think I would wait on the drive thru again, which is unfortunate.
