I have to admit, I'm not a happy camper. I was a very happy and frequent customer of the Cedar Bluff location, but I was terribly disappointed when I found that it was closing. The Campbell Station location is a completely different experience. Whether or not actually smaller, it feels like it is... significantly... It has wooden floors instead of carpeting and it simply feels darker and colder. The food and drinks are, of course, identical. The service is good but the place is a little un-tidy due to the fact that it was pretty busy and it does have a drive-thru that seems to be habitually backed up. I just can't help but feel that they consolidated to the wrong location, at least for my tastes. For all of the folks from Farragut and those who stop in off of I-40, mazel tov... but for me, I will forever miss the homey feel of my beloved Cedar Bluff location.

I've been here many times. Right now it's hard for me not to order the Chorizo Sunrise. I love it. Their description: "... chorizo sausage, luscious avocado, zingy pepper jack cheese, cage-free eggs and our Jalapeño Salsa Shmear, all served on a Green Chile Gourmet Bagel." Be sure it's served on the green chile bagel. I usually have coffee and a cup of water too.

The staff is friendly, and the dining room is clean. My wife loves (lots of) lemons with her tea, and sometimes they haven't been set out, but a word to the staff always gets them out quickly. Highly recommended.

Knoxville is not the hot spot for good bagels but if you are needing a good bagel go here.

I am from NYC and Miami, where the fresh bagel shops are plentiful and fantastic.

This is the best I can find in Knoxville.

Particularly if you want a great lox bagel with capers, tomato, red onion, and cream cheese.

I’ve gone twice this week through the drive through and both times I get home and they’ve gotten my order wrong. First time: ordered TWO farmhouse sandwiches, got one and a bag full of bacon. Second time: ordered ONE farmhouse sandwich, got THREE sesame seed bagels. What do I do with three bagels I don’t even like?

I came in on a Friday afternoon around 5:30. The bagel selection was good and the coffee from the self-serve dispensers was piping hot. I liked how there were matching caffeinated and decaffeinated coffees so I could blend mine. The service was fantastic, from the guy who took my order to the guy who served as cashier. The ladies' bathroom was clean and well-equipped, though the toilet paper dispenser had apparently frustrated someone who dismantled it, allowing full access to the megaroll of TP.

Angelina was absolutely terrific . She helped me with finding a great choice for a late lunch . ( Tasty turkey yummy ) she was extremely friendly and kept a smile the entire time . Now this is what i call true customer service !!

Good bagels but not great bagels, not dense or chewy enough for great. If you ask for unsolved bagels check them before you leave, the staff seems to love slicing them even when I request them to not be sliced.

Wide variety of bagels and bagel sandwiches. Bagels sandwiches have a nice, low profile so you don't feel like you need to unhinge your jaw to get it in your mouth.

I've tried them too many times and each time my order is wrong. Iced coffee does not sound like hot coffee. Yet I was told today no you didn't order that. I'm the customer yes I did. It's just disappointing because it's not a cheap breakfast.

I haven't been to this location just yet. I've been going to the one on Middlebrooke Pike because it's closer to where I live! I love the Swiss & Spinach Bagel the most! I love it when they toast it in the toaster, then they bring it to where you are sitting. I really enjoy that! It's nice to enjoy such pleasant hospitality there! It's not a rushed atmosphere, like at a donut shop, like Dunkin Donuts or Krispy Kreme. I can just sit down and take my time, but it starts to pick up the pace, say around rush hour, or when school lets out for the day, I'll go on out, either home or maybe somewhere else, like maybe the Mall , library, or over to McKay's.
