Einstein Bros. Bagels

First visit there. The first cashier asked to go work coffee so someone else could help me, which I thought was very rude. I order my meal to go and there was no napkins or spoon for potato salad and they forgot the pickle spear which I was looking forward to. I was expecting a warm sandwich which it wasn't until I microwaved it back at work then it was good. Idk if I'll be going back, such a bummer.

Showed up at 3:58, no one answers on the intercom, drive up to the glass window, I see three employees running around cleaning frantically, I guess trying to leave work early. I honked and knocked on the glass window multiple times. Finally got someone’s attention and they would not even come to the window, they just hollered sorry we’re closed! Terrible customer service.

Stopped for a cup of coffee and pastry. They had a sign posted saying four pastries priced at $6. So I asked a worker which pastries were included in that deal, and purchased those pastries. Then was charged $7.99 at checkout. I alerted the check out lady, who acted like she didn't know what I was talking about. She asked someone else who said the deal might not be going on anymore?? And then walked off.... Well, I only wanted one pastry and only got more because of their sign....

The Chorizo Sunrise is the best bagel sandwich I have ever had! My wife and I go there once a week at least. The drive thru is generally pretty quick. Prices are good. We generally both get something and usually pay around 16 bucks.

Einstein’s Bagels USED to be my favorite place but sadly not anymore. I stood in line for over 10 minutes and was continually ignored by the five staff members, three of whom were just standing around. I was then ignored while customers who were regulars were served ahead of me. I will no longer be eating at Einsteins.

This was my first visit, it was for lunch, and I opted for the turkey, guac, and bacon sandwich on a potato bun. It was fresh and delicious, every element of the sandwich cold and fresh. I got the potato salad as a side, which was also very good. My wife and I will be sure to visit again.

I go to einstein to buy my bagels for breakfast. I get Monday get 3 Baker dozen and freeze them. Microwave it for 30sec. And toast and put chocolate peanutbutter on it and enjoy. Go back and repeat when I run out. Staff is great and friendly. Love einstein can not go wrong.

Being a New Yorker, I'm not going to compare these to New York Bagels. However, I did think these were really good. I enjoyed the different flavors, and variety. Overall the place is really clean, friendly staff, amd a great place to grab a bite

This place is very expensive for the quantity of food. McDonald's coffee is better and bigger for a buck. I've eaten at Einstein's all over the country but even when the company pays, I cringe at the cost. I can't complain about the taste of anything but I notice the gourmet bagels are noticeably thin. We still come back when we want a treat.

I've gone there several times and I have to say without a doubt they have the rudest staff members who have waited on me every time. The bagels are great which is why I continue to go back but it's just unfortunate I can't say the same about the employees
