Krispy Kreme

I went by the store at 7:05 Sunday morning, and the doors were locked with 3 of the staff sitting at the backdoor.
What in the world is going on with this business? How can a business like this not be available for morning donuts on a consistent basis. Of course Dunkin donuts were available to take morning customers.

This is the slowest drive thru in all of Lubbock. There were 2 cars in front of me, and as I sat at the speaker to order for 13 mins I pulled up and finally order my 2 donuts. No donut is worth sitting in the drive thru lane for 25 total mins.

Horrible service every visit there’s no donuts and the staff is very rude

Floor was sticky everywhere, not a single hot donut, out of most flavors. Disappointing visit.

Came by for Veterans Day around 7:30 pm and pulled up to broken speaker with a virtually unreadable piece of paper stuck over it. Assumed it said pull up to one of your two windows. Pulled up and waited.... No one came. Happy Veterans Day....

I really like krispy kreme sometimes. But I also really wanted to try the cinnamon rolls and the pumpkin spice latte but they had neither. luckily I actually got my money back this time not just half of it so I'll give it a 2 star.

I showed up around 7 am this morning (they allegedly open at 6 am). Nobody was answering the drive-thru and the front doors were locked. Employees were inside but didn't appear to be doing anything. I've only been here one other time, and I definitely waited at least 30 minutes in that short line. This Krispy Kreme location is terrible and poorly managed.

The people working were rude and kept chatting among themselves instead of taking care of the customers.

It didn't matter to me but I drove 60 miles to go get a dozen of donuts chocolate and glazed donuts I just don't like the donuts that they sell out here in Levelland at all but Krispy kremes has the best even though the donuts shrink but it's okay I won't mind driving again. thank you for having good donuts

Donuts are too small and assorted means different donuts not 2 or 3 of the same
