Krispy Kreme

Needs to drastically improve quality of service and staff, and the place needs to be thoroughly cleaned, disappointed in lack of care.

Went to loop 289 location while traveling to Lubbock. Very disappointing.. went Saturday and all they had were donuts with sprinkles (which nobody in my household likes). So left with nothing and went back Sunday.. Their front display case only had a few glazed trays, nothing else. They had 4 kinds of donuts over by drive thru window: cream filled, glazed, chocolate, and strawberry w/sprinkes.. Still got charged $12 for a dozen, even with their lack of selection.. They used to be great.. Has gone way downhill.. Staff also seemed discourteous and preoccupied. More worried about eating their Delivery food they had ordered than helping me at counter.

The staff is always so nice at this location. Today, I was helped by young lady who was very happy to be there and happy to serve the person before me and myself and the person after me. It's a relief when I see good customer service! Plus, today I got to try a hot blueberry glazed donut and that was an experience! I travel 3 hours one way to get to Krispy Kreme in Lubbock, so when there is great customer service it really matters! Don't ever let someone tell you that good customer service is just not important anymore, because that is what keeps me coming back every time!

Waited 30 almost 40 minutes in the drive thru, since for whatever reason the inside was closed, only for their speaker box to not be working and they took orders only at the 2nd window, not the first which made the drive thru line SUPER LONG, and they had a very limited selection of their menu which they had ZERO signs saying that. The service was ok, considering she probably had to repeat the news to every single patron, so there's no blame there, but this establishment HAS to get it together.

Amazing experience! Staff here was very helpful and polite - specifically Ricky and the Manager (Linda), who was very accommodating. Keep up the great work! Oh, and the donuts are delicious!

I was in line for 40 min to get 2 donuts, they were out of almost all donuts except glaze. The Hotlight was on yet I got 2 COLD, tiny donuts. I love Krispy Kreme but I highly do not suggest this location.

I had to give this store one star to post this review, but if I had a choose I wouldn't give them this one star. They need to do us all a favor and close their doors. We pull up to order a dozen glazed donuts at 11 in the morning, and they RAN OUT. So we asked when would they have some available. He replies, "in a couple of hours" then another person says," we won't have any at all today!" Really! They should have just put a closed sign for the day. There were at 12 cars in line.

I really love the original glazed donuts. We went for the Saint Patrick's Day green donuts. They were yummy.

We have been to this location three times recently. Today, we had an email for a two dozen deal so we decided to try AGAIN. There were 4 donuts in the case. FOUR!!! Granted, there were some glazed being made, but who wants two dozen glazed donuts. This has been the case three visits in a row. The last time we visited, the excuse was the night crew didn’t show up to make donuts. As a business owner ourselves, when the employees don’t show up, we do! Just giving our input. Very disappointed!

Bad Service went up to the window waited 5mins and then this is what was going on!! Busy on the game ,,,coffee machine broken,no filled glazed doughnuts!
