Worst Krispy Kreme I have ever been to. Employees out back smoking when you pull the go grab your donuts. They never have hot ones ever. Staff is always Rude the donuts taste like they are 3 days old ….. stay away…

Follow up from previous good review. Went on Saturday at 4:08 pm. We went through the drive thru and were told, "you should have gotten here earlier! We are sold out of glazed donuts and won't have any until 5". To bad they are not aware that when you are running low on donuts you should probably make more and thus not sound like such a simpleton having to turn away sales because a donut store doesn't have donuts to sell even though the are "open" for business.

I’ve had two bad experiences at this Krispy Kreme, they always always take FOREVER. This is the longest I’ve ever had to wait in a drive thru line of only 4 cars. Also something is always wrong with their system. Just a terrible experience every single time, waited 30 minutes in line just to leave. The first time I came they ran out of nearly everything and were only accepting exact change no card.

Love their donuts , tastes amazing. I always go for the graze or normal ones. I used to get one free hot donut when coming through the door didn't have that last I visited so that was a let down. But Krispy Kreme is my favorite at the moment. Good customer service, though I think hiring older people is better because they have better hospitality and overall attitude not that who work there were rude or anything.

Walked in at 6pm and the "fresh donuts" sign was on. 2 of the staff looked at me and walked to the back and never returned. There were NO donuts being freshly made and no donuts in the display. After 5 mins of waiting, I walked out having to tell my littles that they couldn't have donuts for tomorrow. Smh This is NOT the first, second or even the third time this has happened.

I should have shared this year's ago... a few years back I had been with my partner for about 2 years at the times. We had some significant hardships going on in our life. Well, one day I found out that when the light is one we can get a free donut. So to help lighten things up for us I suggested to my partner for us to check it out. So we went, got a donut and some hats and paper apron... we went home and put the hats and aprons on and posed and took pictures with us eating the donut all geared up. Lol it was so great to have just that moment of peace where we could just feel at ease even for a bit. Thanks Krispy Kreme, you all have no idea how that lil thing of a donut helped us move forward from our grief. I will never forget it.

I don't like leaving 1 star reviews. I don't. But if the shoe fits, wear it. This location housed horrendously deformed pastries that looked as if they had been ran over by my pickup truck. The donuts were overcooked and frankly, just were not enjoyable. Service was very rude. I was on a very important phone call, and had not yet approached the counter, when I was called out by the attendant multiple times. Could've been better.

Don't waste your time will never go here again there rude and just look at you when you ask them simple question the guy in window acts like he is to high maintenance to answer a question and left us at the window for 10 min I told him my order was wrong but if he was gonna throw away the donuts I would just take it back he literally looked at me took the donuts and threw it away

Your store employees are shutting machines down before 7pm when your hours are from 6am to 10pm. The employees working on 12-15-2019 at 7:30pm were extremely rude, got our online order wrong 3 times, consistently rolled their eyes at us and looked like they were under the influence of marijuana. I would look into hiring new employees if you expect the residents of Lubbock to continue coming to you. I will tell everyone I know about my experiences at this Krispy Kreme location for the last three months. It has gone down hill completely since my childhood, and it’s sad to see it this way.
