Krispy Kreme

I drove too the window after placing my order. This nice young man gave me the donuts I ordered for free 😋 ☺️ FREE!!! I was like really and he was saying, yes ma'am. Oh my God, I was surprised and shocked. I dont eat donuts much due to my health, but when I do get one or two, I like them HOT or warm!!! I'm like the cookie monster it's gone. Those donuts are so good!!THANK YOU KRISPY KREME for giving back too your community. There should be another Krispy kreme by the airport!!! God Bless

I kept getting ads sent to my phone about saint patricks day donuts and they looked cute. So I ordered a dozen online, paid, went to pick up. Got there because it said my order would be ready online. Wasn’t contacted or anything and when I got there, I was told, ‘they weren’t ready yet…’ dude… y’all have been open two and a half hours. You didn’t think people would want those ON ST PATRICKS DAY? I hyped my kids up hard for those. So I obviously opted for a refund. It just sucks. Although after seeing in the store … I probably didn’t want anything edible out of there anyways

I don't know what happened, but someone needs to pay attention. The lock on the front door is clearly broken, tape is used to keep the lock down. When I arrived there this morning there were already customers waiting to be served . I stood in line for a few minutes and the workers just pretended that they didn't have customers. The establishment was also so smokey so either the oil is too hot or the fans are not working. I left and went to another donut shop. Clearly closing the door for a few weeks to address the problems and train employees and maybe change management would be best for this business.

Internet claims it open at 6am. Get there and there is someone inside that appears to be working. But doesn't come to the door to open, no sign stating when opens. Drive thru no answer there either. Normally one would put a sign or something to inform change in opening time.

Customer service is good. Donuts are dried. Not very fresh as the ones I've had. It tasted like it's been sitting for 2 days. The raspberry cream filled was good.

This was the worst experience ever! I ordered donuts, they said the machine was messing the donuts up, and they came out way smaller and flat! The sign was on saying that the donuts were ready and I STILL had to wait another 10min. They could have added more donuts and I would have been ok with it, but I opened my box to see that. I told them I didn't want it, and they "gave me a refund" of $0. I will definitely be contacting my bank. Not to mention the girl at the front register ignoring all of the customers and being rude when they asked if she could take their order. That is ridiculous and I will NOT be coming back.

I have a donut addiction and my recent trip to this store my send me into a mental breakdown. 100miles one way for them not to give me the right order. I just want a freaking lemon filled donut...... Breath....

Just came by for a 1/2 dozen of chocolate and 1/2 dozen of regular glazed and these did not taste as great as they did years ago, these were definitely a LOT smaller, like smaller than my palm

Have been here multiple times when the hot donuts sign was on and didnt even get hot fresh donuts.

I live about 2 hrs away from here so when I do come i always get the krisy Kreme glazed donuts! Never disappointed
