I really enjoy trying new and different restaurants when I travel and this place is one of my top 5 places to eat. The charcuterie boards were melt in your mouth good! I had the mussels and empinadas they had great flavor! If u are on the fence about eating here just do it I promise you will enjoy!

Excellent in house cured meats and cheeses. Great cocktails and supreme service.

A must go to if you're in the Pearl area. The restaurant is eye catching itself due to it being the Pearl's old Administration building. Upon walking in, you'll see the large case of cured meats. Many times there is a wait, but luckily came during the week and there wasn't a wait.

Was immediately greeted and seated by the friendly hostess. Waitress immediately came to take the drink orders and explain the menu. Even if you come here frequently, there's always something new or a special item. Started off with the charcuterie board with the addition of some foie gras. It's always a nice mix of cured meats, cheese, bread, pickles, jellies, fruit, honey, etc.. This gives it a wide range of flavors from sweet to salty and always a nice start before the meal. Regardless of your preference, you'll find something you like on the charcuterie board. Also had the boudin empanadas served with pickles as an appetizer. The boudin had a nice cajun flavor without being too spicy. It was served with a tomato ranch dressing which offset the spice of the boudin while complementing it at the same time. They were very crispy and flavorful.

For the meal, ordered the kale & quinoa salad, heritage hog poutine, and bbq shrimp & grits. They timed the food perfectly to allow us to enjoy the charcuterie board without feeling rushed. All the food came out together and freshly made. All the food was good, but my favorite was the kale & quinoa salad. Besides the kale & quinoa, it also contained raisins and parmesan cheese served with a light balsamic dressing. Each ingredient had its own flavor that stood out on it's own, but you got a different taste with each bite. The bbq shrimp & grits had a large amount of seasoning that gave it a nice kick. It reminded me more of cajun seasoning than what you would think of bbq, but was very good. The heritage hog poutine was well made. The saltiness of the fries mixed with the pickled cauliflower, cheese curds, and an egg was every type of flavor that went well together. Just be open to the wide range of flavors in one bite.

On the way out, ordered two peanut butter cookies to go. The waitress explained that if you like peanut butter, then you'll love the cookies and she was absolutely correct. I wish I would've tried them before leaving as I would've ordered more. It was a simple dessert, but very good.

Overall, a great place to go to try a wide range of flavors that standout on their own, but go great together. Be adventurous and be willing to try things you won't find at many restaurants.

The heritage hog poutine was dectn but not really a fan. The patio punch was good and the frie ld quail was pretty good. I need to go back and get a charcuterie board next time.

Bartender Jen was amazing!
Had both charcuterie boards and the cheese board. It was amazing and filling.

Tried this place for the first time and it has a nice atmosphere and staff was helpful. The food though for the price was good but not amazing. There are certain items that are made to seem "fancy", but they aren't and are overpriced. For example $16 for empanadas. Also the menu is all over the place: Beer can mussels? Seems random. I did like the sausage from their "Wurst Case Scenario" dish although a little salty. Overall it was a nice 1 time type of thing.

We were impressed how baseline average food was - we had goat cheese and Jamon which the jamon was 25 dollars and we got maybe 2 pieces - poorly plated and was chewy and gray as seen in picture , also it was wet which really it shouldn’t be after “36 months of aging …. they fill the plate with Mustard , jelly , crackers and pickled celery - strawberries that the plate was garnished with we’re old and bruised … drinks we had were bad , all I can say is would not recommend. Paid like $80 for a disappointing light lunch.

TOURISTS TRAP. Plain & simple. Just go there for a drink, Service and Decor r good but don’t bother with food. It’s grossly and comically OVERPRICED.
I don’t mind paying high prices if quality is at least decent but we ordered a $97 charcuterie board with cheeses, a total rip off. I have more respect for bank robbers than this restaurant. The selection of cheeses was ridiculous, like supermarket industrial prepackaged cheeses. All boring, dull. I mean cheddar cheese, a dry blue cheese and a scoop of unimpressive goat cheese…

Then for $97 they dont give u bread but some Walmart-like dry flat bread, which makes it impossible to enjoy it, especially the pate’ or mousse. No sourdough or baguette or walnut raisin bread, no bread in the house!!! For a place called CuReD… laughable. It’s almost like going to a Pizzeria and being told sorry we dont have pizza here…
But the worst is actually the meat selection. Nothing good, all greasy, looking old or sliced the wrong way like the paper thin tiny slices of salami. U lose all the texture and flavor like that. Its not sushi or carpaccio come on… I rather eat a strip of listerine than that salami.
The duck prosciutto looked gross, old. And the WORST part: the chicken liver mousse tasted like vomit, spoiled.
They serve this mess of food with too many sauces, mustards, flowers and decorations to hide the fact that both quality and quantity of this “charcuterie board” is below subpar . Like a magic trick, look here not there, smoke and mirrors and voilà, your money is gone……

Now, u can get a nice selection of high end cheeses from France at Mon Chou Chou and some real cold cuts for less than half the cost (around $35) , and … drum roll… it comes with real BREAD!!! Shocking… how did they come up with that idea??…

Point is it doesn’t matter if they think their selection is good or high end, it doesn’t matter if they made a mistake out of ignorance or on purpose, the result is the same: a rip off. In this industry your intentions dont matter, its what your taste buds tell u that matters…
Hopefully owners read this review and fix this, and stop focusing on decor and more on actual quality of food served. Making mistakes is ok, but willingly doing nothing to fix it is another thing…
If they don’t it’s ok, i ll never go back. God forgives. Not me. Or as another reviewer wrote brilliantly “I’m cured of Cured, like if given a vaccine…”LOL

Ps: the review is harsh but needed, there r too many reviews complaining about the cold cuts and cheeses. This is CONSTRUCTIVE Criticism, the most Useful review is an HONEST review, needed to address and resolve the issue.

from interior to exterior. Outdoor seating area is a must. Everyone in my party had great experience and was satisfied with their orders. Chief was so accommodating to make me a non-meat dish (since I have special meat dietary restrictions) that is not on the menu. The dish was inspired, delicious, and colorful.
The area around this place is awesome and vibrant with many things to do and visit after or before dinner. You will not be disappointed.

I highly recommend 👌

The name implies the concept of cured meats. You will not be disappointed in arriving, and entering into the facility. Displayed prominently at their front door has all of the cured meats that they're going to be offering to you. This is a place to enjoy the appetizer dishes and cheese plates versus actually getting the main meal. They lost a star for a simple reason... I'm a dad, who has a two year old and they don't have a changing station for father's to change a diaper... It's not a woman only thing anymore.
