We went for happy hour. Our server Anthony was so kind and attentive! Our food and beverages were amazing! We love the Pearl and Cured was amazing! We will definitely return.

Great location in the Pearl Brewery district and excellent happy hour specials. The charcuterie boards are very small, we ordered both the meat and cheese board, they came out together on a very small board with only a few pieces of meat and cheese.

So so dissappointed in this place.
The charcuterie plate was fairly awful. Its overpriced and none of the meats had any good flavor. The steak was really good as was a salad we ordered, but the rest was just disappointing and overpriced. The drinks /cocktails were also fairly terrible. We were massively dissappointed in the food and overall experience. Alao, avoid the baked oysters. They're all breading and no flavor to the oyster/clam

The meat and cheese plates seem a little pricey for what you get, but everything was delicious. And then the burger... oh man. What a simple but uniquely delectable burger. Our waiter was an all-star and we loved sitting at the chef's bar. I got to see the salmon be prepared and it's definitely what I want to try next. Whether you're celebrating something special or just wanting a good dinner for no reason, you won't be disappointed at Cured.

When attending a venue at The Pearl the bar is set high. Our experience last night at Cured exceeded the high expectations.
Our server Jeffery was so kind and helpful in making selections. We sat at the kitchen bar, so that we could watch the kitchen in motion, which was fabulous (like our own private Food Network show).
We ordered the Charcuterie Board and were very satisfied with that choice. We moved onto the chicken fried chicken livers which were amazing! Jeffery at that point suggested Sunday Dinner where they have a limited menu with fried chicken (we will be back for that).
Our main course was the poutine. We decided to share, which was not looked down upon, and it was truly the best choice. The dish was heavy, and rich in flavors and textures.
We concluded our meal with the seasonal Egg Nog which was a great way to conclude the meal. Before we left Jeffery recommended their happy hour, which would also be an opportunity we can come again.
The bottom line is that my wife and I will certainly be back again. We were over the moon with the experience of the kitchen bar, and the service Jeffrey provided. The chef threw in a commentary sorbet which was light, and fruity, and delightful. Cured makes it clear that The Pearl is truly a culinary destination in San Antonio. As someone from here I am so glad this place exists.

THIS RESTAURANT IS AMAZING!!! Must try the Chicken and donnut, the empanadas and the bread pudding. Thinking in moving to San Antonio just to visit this place more often.

All their dishes are unique, I called them traditional with modern twist, taste great. Service is usually very good. I take my out of town guests here. They love this place.
I usually order their famous cured meat, but decided to try something g different this time. We took waitress’ suggestion and ordered pumpkin chili and pork poutine, a Canadian dish with fries, cheese and meat. They are delicious!

Good charcuterie great service . My favorites were the duck ham , the 12 month pork tenderloin and the 90day coppa. The home made pickles and mustard were killer too. Well done !

We live in Dallas and my husband heard of this restaurant on TV and wanted to come here, so we made the drive from Austin to San Antonio to check out this place! The restaurant looks very cool even from the outside. Right when we walked in we saw a glass room of all the cured meats. The bar and dining area all look very nice. We sat at the bar since there was a private event going on and we didn’t make any reservation.
Service was quick and our waiter gave us some good recommendations. We tried a bunch of cured meats and they were all really good. We also got the pig cheeks poutine and quail leg which were good. The cocktails were delicious and half price during happy hour (3-6pm even on Saturday).
Overall we had a nice experience and would recommend this place!

All I have to say is WOW. Place was packed on a Saturday night (of course), but our server Alexis was just the sweetest and most attentive server we’ve had in quite some time. I went with my friend and we had ordered a Hog Poutine, the Redfish, Hazelnut Tarte, Empanadas, and Chicken Liver. I have no choice but to assign a 10/10 on delivery, taste and everything in between. The quickness ya’ll— I’m telling you, the owner knows exactly what he’s doing here. And for being open for their 9th year, I must say, I can see this place bringing in a TON of revenue over the next decade. Just overall amazing. Oh, and the chefs put together a delightful salmon aioli hors d’oeuvre at the kitchen bar. Watching the chef direct his counterparts shows how cohesive this establishment is, from top, to bottom. If you ever find yourself at the Pearl, or anywhere in San Antonio for that matter, I highly recommend visiting. (I also recommend their Texas Hye cocktail, so spot on). Thank you Cured for a quality experience!
