I wish I could give this please zero stars. I have been here twice in the last 2 weeks. The first time the donuts were dry, the cream filled donuts had no cream in them, there was a hole where the cream should be but none. I had 6 of these type with no cream. It was the end of the day so I thought it was a mistake.
I went again today and ordered a dozen assorted, they are so dry at 4:30pm, you would think they were day old donuts. They were out of everything and so I got cream filled again. There is only about 1/4 tsp of cream in 2 of the 10 cream filled donuts I ordered. Why??? I will never return here, this makes Krispie cream look bad.

I would give a zero if I could! Terrible service and they can't own their mistakes. These are NOT donuts and look like garbage! Avoid this location at all costs!!!! Asked them to exchange them and they told me they can't control how the donuts turn out...... It's called quality control and this location has gone down the toilet. During the summer our soccer team did a fundraiser and they sold me a huge stack of expired vouchers!!!!!! I will never come back here

Photos of what I ordered online vs what I actually received. SO MANY things wrong here, starting with there was a sign in front of the door that said "drive thru only" and the line was a mile long, so for me that largely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead because I expected to run in and grab them quickly. But ok, I get it, they were slammed and possibly understaffed. So after wasting time parking and walking to the door, I got at the drive thru line. The person I spoke to in the drive thru window was clueless as to what I ordered and I told her "halloween dozen" but she said "half dozen" and I said "No, a dozen" and she said "Oh, a dozen glazed ones?" And I said "NO. The haunted halloween ones. I ordered it online (annoyed tone)" And she and said "I just got here" and turned and walked away and returned with a haunted box. I pulled over in the parking lot to hand them to my kids to eat, and was surprised to see my box looked nothing like what I ordered. There were 2 cinnamon sugar donuts, several strawberry and chocolate with sprinkles instead of orange, one of the spider donuts was missing a spider, only one ghost donut and NO scaredy cat donuts. Important to note: these donuts cost $24 ($26 with tax) and the same donuts only cost $18 in Chicagoand $21 in New York, so the Utah mark-up is a lot. In fact $26 is a lot for donuts, so it was totally unacceptable to replace them with cheap substitutes *and not even say anything* to me about it. I tried to call the store and it went straight to a machine. I couldn't go inside, and the drive thru line was a mile long, so I was stuck with what I got. I didn't even want or need a dozen haunted donuts but it was the only online option and I wanted to surprise my kids. If I had known I would 1. Have to go through the loooong drive thru line and 2. That they didn't have most of the haunted donuts available, then I would have either not wasted an *hour* of my time and the gas on this nonsense, or I would have just orderedacouple of whatever was available in the drive thru instead of ordering ahead online. This store needs to seriously work on improving the quality of service--the employees aren't rude but consistently apathetic and unprofessional. They're always out of seasonal items and those items always look sloppy and nothing like the promotional photos. I honestly don't think I'll bother going here anymore because there are plenty of better options. Do better Krispy Kreme.

Easily the worst krispy kreme location to exist. Awful customer service, the employees are unprofessional and rude. They do not honor company wide deals like dollar dozens. The donuts look nothing like what’s advertised they often aren’t decorated or filled and come in various odd shapes. When you pay this much for dounuts it is very disappointing to open your box to see yet again a poorly done box. The lobby is also still closed which is very inconvenient if you mobile order. Please improve this location.

Avoid this location at all costs. I placed an order for an assorted dozen (2 chocolate sprinkle, 2 chocolate Kreme, 2 chocolate custard, 1 cake batter, 3 raspberry filled, and 1 maple glazed). Either the store was out or they just got my order wrong because what I received was 2 chocolate sprinkle, 2 chocolate Kreme, 2 chocolate custard, 2 strawberry sprinkle, 2 chocolate glazed, and 2 regular glazed. If they were out of the flavors I requested, they should have told me when I went to pick them up because I would have made different selections. Now I have HALF a box that won’t get eaten because nobody in my house likes those flavors. $20 for basically 6 donuts is absolutely ludicrous. I tried calling the number listed on google and it’s not even an active number. I’m never going to this location again.

How I wish I could give this place ZERO stars! I paid just over $20 for this batch of misfit donuts. 8 out of the dozen looked more like mini donuts rather than regular Krispy Kreme donuts. My bad for not opening the box and checking them before I left the drive-thru! And no one is answering the phone. You just get an automated message stating no one is available to take your call and then it disconnects. I cannot fathom how Krispy Kreme justifies keeping this location open now that I have seen all of the bad reviews for it.

Always so yummy! But it's best to go early. They run out of the special flavors quick! I wish they had the dozen Reeses still. The drive through gets really long if you don't go early. They always get our order right.

This location is horrible. Donuts don't ever look good yeah they taste ok obviously because there donuts. Bunch of kids that work there smoking weed in the parking lot. Just Terrible overall service and presentation of the donuts. Would not go back. $20 for this smh

Ever since this location opened, it's never been fully staffed, the lobby has never been open, and they routinely screw up online and drive through orders. If you want a donut and don't care specifically what kind it is, then maybe you'll love this place. But if you want the order you put in to be correct and accurate go find something else.

How can a donut place struggle so much with having donuts? It seems every time I do there they never have a donut I ask for off the menu. Today for example I pull up and a sign out of product until 6 pm. It has to make you wonder how a company stays in business.
