Absolutely disgusting inside, floors were sticky & visibly dirty like they’ve never been washed, tables were a mess like they didn’t wipe them down since last week, customer service is not a thing, bad mouthing drive through customers while we were standing there hearing their conversations. Barely any donut selection. Would not recommend buying donuts from this location.

This place is a mess! Our family has some good laughs because of how ridiculous it is. One time they were out of glazed doughnuts!!! They have messed up our orders a couple times. I’ve ordered in advance online only to find out when I get there that they don’t have what I need. Sometimes they aren’t open during posted hours. We keep going back because we love the doughnuts if we can actually get them. 😂

The last several times I have been to Krispy Kreme's has been horrible. I don't typically write bad reviews however this is repetitive work performance. On my most recent trips they NEVER have many of their donuts. My last trip they had a wide variety of 1 type of donut (being their original glazed). Sad deal when Maverik has a better selection of donuts than the donut shop. ;o(

Absolutely the worst Krispy Kreme place in the world. I’ve tried going here twice and left both times without donuts. The first time I went the drive thru was blocked off and they had a sign saying drive thru only and today I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line and didn’t get service. Only 1 other car was in line too.

Along with others I wish I could leave ZERO stars! Horrible service, rude and very unprofessional! Online ordered, went to pick it up and they were closed. At 6pm! Who closes early with no reason?! They would not let me get my doughnuts that I paid for and still charged my card.

This is the only donut place closeish to me that is open after regular work hours. The last two times I tried to go well before their closing time they were closed early. Driving 40 minutes two separate times only to find they closed early with no explanation is very disappointing.

Ordered online at 6:11 pm, order went through and charged the card, when I arrived at the store the drive thru was blocked off and it appeared the employees inside were cleaning up to close. I attempted to call the store (twice) to see what was up, rang through multiple time and then hung up each time. We ended up not being able to pick up the order we paid for. I don't know if there are extenuating circumstances that caused a need to closed several hours before the posted close time, but its disappointing and frustrating to say the least.

I went there today at about 6 there were cones in the front of the drive thru so you can’t drive in and a cone in front of the front door saying go thru drive thru. But I saw a sign on the door so I went to go see what it said as they are supposed to close at 10. The sign said ran out of doughnuts will be open tomorrow but you can see inside that they are making doughnuts the whole store was full of doughnuts they were sorting them they made hand gestures to me and laughed. I mean we just wanted a doughnut my wife is pregnant and was craving one so we made the drive. It was really odd. After they saw us and laughed at us they went and closed some of blinds so that it was harder for others to see that they were making doughnuts.

Krispy Kreme is literally the best doughnut shop you can buy from. They make everything fresh daily and they are perfectly done. This new store is nice. It’s clean, there lots of room to sit, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. You can get drinks and doughnuts. Lots of types to choose from. Stop here and get some. You’ll be glad you did!
