I can't go to this store anymore for a few reasons. 1) The donuts on menu are never available 2) I ordered a dozen I selected. They gave me a completely different box of stuff and 3) After going back to get the first box fixed I get home and after buying into all of the donuts SIX of them were WRONG!! I love KK. In fact I did the whole sleep over thing when they opened and was 2nd in line. But I'm DONE with this store.

I was screamed at by the employees after I told them I had a problem with my order. I had ordered 16 mini thanksgiving pie doughnuts and a dozen glazed on the app for pickup. When they give me my order they tell me that they are out of glazed but can give me assorted which I said was fine. I got home and noticed I had 2 pie mini doughnuts and 14 glazed/sprinkles minis. Which wasn’t what ordered. I paid more than I would normally for a special Thanksgiving treat so I went back to let them know. The employee berated me until I was crying. I was very polite in letting them know this wasn’t what I ordered and the app says it should be 3 of each pie and 4 glazed and she said that’s not what I’d get, I’d only get a couple pies and it doesn’t matter because THEY DONT HAVE ANY. She also says she heard someone tell me that when they gave me my order but the only thing mentioned to me was that they were out of glazed. Put a comment in online requesting to be contacted about the issue and a week later I still haven’t heard anything. The way she treated me for bringing up a concern about not getting what I had ordered was beyond disrespectful.

I finally give up riverdale Krispy Kreme! They are never open when they are suppose to be, never have any donuts, never have any specialty donuts. Staff the morning people want to buy donuts before work. And even if you they do have donuts they aren’t made correctly. Tried to get Halloween donuts yesterday said they ran out hours ago. I’ve seen a bunch of employees just standing outside before. They don’t answer the phone and the lobby is always closed. They are a donut shop that doesn’t make donuts…..don’t bother going.

Little sad/disappointed. We received a gift card and wanted to use it but when I got there the lobby was closed (it was around 1 pm) so it was only drive through. Annoying but I could live with that. Get up to the intercom and they say they only are serving donuts and only glazed. That was disappointing but I would be fine with just glazed. Then I ask if I could use a gift card and they said they aren’t able to accept gift cards right now. So I Left. It’s a 40 min drive round trip from my house so that was a bit annoying not to mention the gas. Hopefully this was just an off day and they are super friendly and helpful otherwise.

This location either needs new management or just needs to close. It’s not worth your time to try here. Look at the recent reviews and you will see that they are all one star going back months… I don’t know how you can care so little about customer service. No one answers the phone, they won’t own their mistakes. If they get an order wrong you can’t even talk to anyone about getting it corrected. Terrible location.

Came here on a Saturday at 6pm they had the doors locked and the drive thru blocked tried to call and the person was rude and hung up on me. There were also 3 other cars with customers that also were not able to order. We all eventually just left. I understand that alot of places are short staffed but we could see the staff inside. There were 4 or 5 people just sitting and walking around.

We are door dash drivers and the last two Fridays that they have locked there doors and blocked drive thru. That is not right so we are out the delivery fees. The costumers are just out. There nothing on web site says so. They won't answer the phone or talk to you. They have the rudest employees. I don't know if the upper management is ok with this but you are going to lose business get bad reputation. They close early two weeks in a row. We was not the only ppl who was at the business. That's not how you own or manage a business. We will never take another order from there. I will be letting ppl know. This place is a joke. The only reason they got 1 star is cuz had to to post this.

Employees hanging out outside the store. Slow service, super sticky box with finger prints on one the donuts. Come on management, do better.

Terrible customer service. I asked if they could do happy birthday donuts. They said yes and quoted me 30 minutes. I left right around the time it would’ve taken, and STILL waited an extra 40 minutes but they weren’t done. I have a baby, so I would’ve just left later if they had actually quoted a realistic time. They did not care at all. I ended up just leaving.

bought a dozen custard & white cream filled donuts. got home and found out the white cream filled had no filling inside. the custard filled had very little to none. i ordered online so i’m trying to get refund. i’ve heard of orders being messed up before but it’s donuts it can’t be that hard to make correct the 1st time
