Krispy Kreme

Ordered 4 dozen donuts for pickup the night before. Showed up at 6am when they open and waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes before even being able to talk to anyone. Was told regular glazers would be 15 minutes and assorted donuts would be at least 30. Only thing they had was pumpkin spice. How does a donut place not have any donuts when they open? Super disappointing.

I pre ordered the Halloween doughnuts for my daughters birthday which is on Halloween but we are celebrating a day early. I was told to show up at 8am to pick them up. I got to the store and was told that they were only doing glazed doughnuts even though I pre ordered the Halloween ones. Their website and app both say they have them. Now I have a super sad 5 year old. They could have at least called me in advance saying they wouldn’t be able to fulfill my order so I could have made other arrangements. Poor service, false advertisement, and just a horrible experience all around.

If I could give zero stars I would! I made 2, 15 mile trips to be told the first time they would have a kind of donuts in 2 hours. They the second time they didn't have them again! I wish you would lose the name! I go less and less because when I ask for something they try to tell me I want something else because they just do not make all the flavors. They do have them on their menu by the way. I guess I will not make the trip again! Mountain Donuts looks better all the time!

I have no idea how this place makes money. They are always out of glazed donuts. Or the machine is not working. Often they are closed when they are supposed to be open. Save the effort for the Layton location.

I put in an online order for 2 dozen donuts to be picked up at 8:15. When I arrived at the drive thru I was told that there were not any glazed donuts available and needed to wait 20 minutes if I was going to order them. I said, "I placed an online order yesterday for 2 dozen to be picked up at 8:15." The employee said, "like I said they are not ready and will be in 20 minutes." I said, "I understand what you are saying but why is there an option to select a time to pick up donuts and then you don't even have them ready?" She then told me it is not even 8:15. I said, "you are right it is 8:14 so they will be ready when I get to the window at 8:15 then!?" She said, "no I told you you had to wait 20 minutes." I told her never mind and cancel my order. So Krispy Kreme..... Why have an option to pick up donuts and then not have them ready? Either have your employees come in earlier or have a later pick up time. Also you should seriously give your employees some customer service training. I have been told of similar experiences from different locations. I will not be returning to your company for donuts.

It's not a good location. Service is bad and always understaffed.. food safety should be a major concern they put wrong donuts from orders back on racks without any gloves.. and the put there un gloved fingers in you're donuts, food poisoning is very likely to happen from this location. The date was 3/11/23.

This store is always disappointing! We love the Layton store, make the drive it’s worth it. Our favorite is the raspberry filled. They kept giving us lemon filled when we would order raspberry. Today we finally got raspberry, we were so excited, they finally got it right! Only to be disappointed again when all 4 literally had one bite of raspberry. Layton store always has a bunch of raspberry inside like should be expected at Krispy Kreme. Why do you guys cheap out so much Riverdale? Get with it or you’ll be out of business! People expect more!

Went to crispy Kreme for donuts seen a sign that said drive thru only but yet they put cones in front of there drive thru thinking maybe they were closed so googles it says there open and you can just see workers standing around not doing nothing why there was 3-4 customers in there cars outside probably doing the same thing I was please higher more responsible people who are not lazy and decide they don't wanna work so they close the store 3hrs early

Every single time I go to this location they’re always out of the seasonal donut every time. Went to get a gift card they can’t do gift cards. Avoid waste of time.

We bought hundreds of dollars of gift cards for Christmas to find out that their gift card machine has been down since NOVEMBER. They have no answer to when it will be fixed. FRAUD !!!!!. MANAGEMENT DOESNT GET BACK TO YOU EITHER. WHATS UP ?
