Workers were very unprofessional all standing at the drive thru window on phones and talking meanwhile not saying a word to me. Then in the parking lot were workers smoking and trash talking. Took forever to get my food and they seemed old even though it was in the afternoon. Definitely go to the layton location

Online ordered for delivery around 7:30pm and received a text 30 minutes later saying the order was canceled. Tried to order again and it also got canceled, yet my card was charged for both orders for why? A donut shop can’t even do the basic original glazed. Stop stealing from customers. DO BETTER

So it says on google they open at 6am i came at 7:50 and i was told they dont open till 8am ? Than i was asked to wait in the parking with 2 other cars and i get it being shirt staffed but when i ordered my donuts and once i left i decided to check out the NEW Twix Donuts! And sad to say there plain no toppings whats so ever like shown on their menu! And i pay extra for these donuts just to get this type of service and once i try to call the store no one wants to answer??? Crazy all i know is have some pride in your work and have respect to the people spending their hard earned money! And this donuts are for my 2 daughters! So if you advertise something it should look some what the same not saying it need to be perfect but damn at least with toppings and all shown ! Last time im coming to spend my miney here

I went inside and ordered a classic which should be $13.99 and 2 of each flavor not specialty. Asked what it consisted of 2 strawberry, 2 chocolate etc.... I knew there was something wrong when girl said I could add apple fritters or any I wanted. I said again I don't want the specialty $15.99 I want the classic. She told me that didn't matter because they "don't do that anymore". I said there it is right up there menu you have to give me those doughnut for that price if it is posted. She said nothing and shrugged like "I don't care." All the flavors were there that are included in the classic dozen and she insisted they don't have it anymore. I asked why don't you change the sign false advertising. She shrugged noncommittally like who cares, not me. Very bad experience. You would think with a company based out of Charlotte they would drill the importance of serving a customer a smile, an explanation, or some actual nice manners to apologize. When she told me they "don't do that anymore" it makes no sense!

8. O'clock. Still not open on Saturday Morning they take down their hours Sign. Then tell you their machines are broken even though you can see them making donuts inside.

Really bummed out that they were out of chocolate iced donuts at 7:30pm, I couldn’t go in to choose which ones I wanted either. Lots of handmade signage on the order board and windows which makes my retail eye shudder. Who is managing this place? It doesn’t seem to hold brand standards that one would expect from a Krispy Kreme.

They had a young girl at the window and the way she handle my donuts and my card, she dropped my card and said oops sorry and thought it was funny, and didn’t let me know my card was on top of the box. The way how she made fun of it and laughed witch wasn’t okay that she dropped my card, not only was the outside of my box filled up with glazed. Like she should learn the meaning of a real apology instead of laughing.

This is the peppermint mocha latte they gave me, right after I received it I took one sip and realized it was just coffee and it was half full

More than half their selection isn’t available when I try to order, last three times. Last two times they have stated their specialty drink machine is down and their gift certificate machine is broken. I was able to get one glazed donut that was not fresh, so I will no longer be trying to get donuts here.

Please heed my and others advice and just don’t bother. Firstly I am astonished at the size of these donuts. Not that long ago I remember them being the size of a small plate but these are now children’s size. All of them. Most importantly, I have tried for 2 days to order their autumn donuts and both days they’ve been completely out at 8am. Today I was told they were just now making them and it would be another hour. I will never understand how a donut shop that has featured limited time donuts is consistently out of said donuts at 8am on a weekend Finally, the Oreo donuts taste nothing like Oreo. Just sugar on top of sugar. Will never return. I will shop local now.
