Duck Donuts

I have always wanted to try this place; however the customer service is lacking hard core. When walking in they didn’t even regard you. The shift leader took awhile to even acknowledge us and didn’t seem to care it was our first time. Employee’s weren’t wearing masks and the women making the donuts was in a hurry, and only wearing one glove. Not really worth going out of your way for, after reading all the comments it seems like they make enough to not really care if customer service is on par

Masks aren’t required in Florida yes; however I would expect gloves.

First time going to this place and i was excited to try it. Did an online order and got to the duck donuts on Daniels, employee said it would be a 5 min wait for our online order which we were ok with (also there was online 1 employee working) so i waited the 5 mins and went back in and there were 2 Karen’s that decided they were more important and got their order before mine. I had to wait an extra 25 mins for my order and i didn’t even get my latte. Also not employees fault but employee should have gone in order of the orders received first. Probably not coming back here.

I placed this order at 8:30 this morning to have 4 dozen donuts ready at 5:30pm for pick up. At 5:30 I came into pick up the order and it wasn’t ready. The employees didn’t even know about the order….I have been waiting for an hour for this order. When I asked the young girl working how much longer this order would take she rudely walked away from me and with her back to me said not much longer. I don’t care how good these donuts are…I will not be coming back!

Artisanal donuts are a great idea, but not at that price. A dozen would have killed my per diem. The coffee was coffee, and the breakfast sandwich was palatable, but if you have the time, you'd be better served (literally, they one employee when I came through at 7:30 AM on a Tuesday) by heading over to the European-American Bakery over on Metro.

Went to Duck Donuts today. The cashier should have been as interested in servicing the line as she was moving her tip jar when customers paid and counting the bills in her tip jar as we all wait as if to say don't forget my tip. The tables all needed to be cleaned so that customers did not need to do so themselves before sitting down, etc.. Fantastic product, great location, and if the store is not extremely profitable, it will be only a result of not having the right staff.

Donuts are delicious. Coffee was bad. Service was ok, they were short staffed. Manager was stressed, I think the owners should step up and be there to help out at busy times.

Donuts look great but they are actually all plain donors with a little icing

I was really looking forward to having a nice bacon egg and cheese breakfast with a donut, but they didn't have any eggs in stock? Donuts are awesome but don't recommend goin here for other breakfast items. Also they ruined my Frappe.

A co-worker brought these donuts in today at 8 am. The donuts were still warm. I attempted to eat one. It tasted like saturated oil it has not been changed in the fryer. The donuts look dark brown & oily. Nothing like the pictures on the website. I personally would not recommend them at all.

Great place. Wait was a little long, but it was well worth it to see them make donuts. Had a slight issue with our order, and the staff fixed it immediately. Great staff.
