Duck Donuts

It's for people with a sweet tooth to satisfy their cravings. It is hard to go wrong when you can choose your own sweet toppings.

Great fresh donuts. Nice and hot. Prices are a little higher, but the quality is too. They hand craft each donut. Lots of free parking and the staff is wonderful.

Finally got to try this place after eyeing it for some time. I ordered online and scheduled a pickup for 7:45AM; I got there at 7:30 and my order was ready early and on the pickup counter. The donuts were super yummy and fresh. Unfortunately, however (also my fault for not checking) there was a donut missing from my half dozen, and two were missing some toppings.

I was upset at first but it was very early in the morning and not long after they had opened when I had placed my order, and I also should have checked the box before leaving. That is truly the only complaint I have and I’m not even mad. The donuts were so good they made up for the mistake. Will definitely be going back!!

Fresh donuts!! They gave me a free banana donut with my other choices and man! I should of got so banana flavors so good!

I don’t leave too many negative reviews but I had a horrible experience here today. I only came in because I had a Groupon. Well guess what? Their Groupon scanner doesn’t work. So don’t come in relying on your Groupon. I was there for an hour for a dozen donuts and 2 ”coffees”. All the employees are kids with no experience and no help from management. They ignore their customers for 10-20 minutes before even saying hello, taking their order, or telling them “we’ll be right with you”. I ordered 2 iced coffee drinks. My “iced caramel macchiato” was a big cup of milk with the tiniest splash of coffee in it. I almost threw up. The “large” frappe with espresso was served in a big cup with only 1/4 filled. They handed us our dozen donuts with the box COMPLETELY covered in junk all over the box. We threw our drinks in the trash and left because we knew we wouldn’t be helped anyway. We won’t ever be wasting our time or money at this establishment again.

I stopped in at Dunkin’ Donuts this morning to buy my team my favorite donuts! I was helped by this wonderful woman by the name of Carol, she double and triple check to make sure my donuts were correct, I very much appreciate that considering how much things are wrong when you get delivered or you go through a drive-through. She was super sweet upbeat, and professional! I wish everybody would pay attention to detail the way she did. Also all of the other girls that were in the store this morning we’re great everything was running like a well oiled machine. Definitely recommend duck donuts delicious delicious delicious!!! Thank you for everything duck donuts and Carol I will definitely be back! My visit was at the Daniels Parkway duck donuts!

They were so busy with it being national donut day and the first day of summer break. It was amazing to see how they were able to stay so calm and polite in the chaos of impatient customers. What an amazing staff and amazing donuts! Worth the wait, definitely recommend!

What is all the hype about these overly sweet, oily, and artificial-tasting doughnuts?!? Their bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich is $5.50. Wasn't aware that if you choose the bagel option then they charge you an extra $0.40 cents. Bread choices are bagel, English muffin, or doughnut. Why is there an extra charge for bread when this is a sandwich? Also, a simple hello and thank you would suffice from your team members. It's called CUSTOMER SERVICE. Without customers, you would not have a business. There are other options for better food and customer service. You couldn't pay me to go back there. 👎

Today the kids tried the Milkshakes with Donuts atop and they were very pleased. We love the variety here and the donuts are amazing and we love it here. Thanks #DuckDonuts
