FIRST TIME AT THIS PLACE WAS JUST STROLLING BY AND LUCKED UP ON THE BEST DONUT I EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE ... THE FRENCH TOAST DONUT OMG TO DIE FOR... I WALKED IN ORDERED MY DONUT TOOK A BITE AND WALKED BACK INSIDE N TOLD EVERYONE IN BUILDING I NEVER IN LIFE HAD SUCH GOODNESS THEY ENDED UP GIVING ME 4 FREE DONUTS BECAUSE OF MY REACTION APPARENTLY I WAS THE FIRST TO EVER REACT IN SUCH A WAY LOL GOD HIMSELF MAD THESE DONUTS ..

The donuts are good. Ordering is confusing because if you do exactly what the menu says, it's apparently wrong? Any sandwich with egg will include an unforgivably pitiful frozen egg puck that they microwave and charge 4 bucks for. It's really atrocious and they should feel bad about the quality of that one item, and please understand that I'm not faulting them for poor preparation or service. It's a choice made at the top about whether or not they were going to serve actual food or cut costs and it didn't go over like they'd hoped. Do better, Duck.

Coffee and the employees were good . I'm not impressed with the doughnuts. They taste and feel like pancake batter. I can make that at home. Glad I tried it.

Delicious donuts. They make them right in front of you! Super fresh and scrumptious. Choose your toppings. Yum yum, soooo good. Of course they serve coffee! And they have sandwiches like egg, bacon and cheese. Friendly, helpful staff. Love everything about this place, and it smells wonderful. Why buy donuts anyplace else? Located in the Daniels/6 Mile cypress Publix parking lot, just around the corner from Publix. Across from whole foods.

Oh my goodness. I’ve only tried the pink donut with coconut so far, and it was amazing. I love strawberry frosted donuts so I got excited over this one. The Oreo one is mine also, and the s’mores and cinnamon sugar ones are my boyfriend’s donuts! I got the pumpkin spice iced coffee and it was literally better than Starbucks, not going to lie. Emily was super sweet and personable as well❤️ great experience and can’t wait to go back.

Worst customer service ever…. The fact that I’ve been coming here for the last year on weekly basis during my lunch break once A week I stop for a sweet treat. I decided to bring my friends today to try it after I spoke so highly of Duck donuts. The way we were treated was unacceptable our doughnuts were sitting there for over 30 min no one told us they were ready other people opened the box touch the doughnuts then when we finally get up to ask for the status on our doughnuts they say well your doughnuts are there the same doughnuts that were sitting there and being touched the manager has the audacity to tell us you can eat them we’re not making new ones for you I asked if fresh once could be named she simply answered no with no intention on helping I asked for a refund and she’s simply said no with a very bad attitude. not only did you have no customer service you also didn’t try and help what does it cost you to make a customer happy not just a customer I come here every week you lost my business for ever.. very disappointed the young man at the register I feel can be a better manager and tried to handle the situation better than you did. He has way better customer service than you did after all the point of running a business is to have customer satisfaction.

Literally the best doughnuts in the world. So many options and toppings to choose from. They have delicious coffees and breakfast sandwiches as well!
They are a must everytime we are in the area. Can not recommend enough!!!

My first time at Duck Donuts was today. The donuts were absolutely the best I’ve ever tasted. The donuts are made right there where you can view the process. They are served warm! The service was spot on perfect. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their menu. This picture is the French toast donut which I loved. I can’t wait to go back for another batch of their warm and tasty donuts.

The donuts were amazing! It was our first time and Kala was very patient with us! Thank you Kala.
