They really do make the donuts fresh. Which makes it quite different from other donut shops.

My wife stopped by with a friend who was familiar with Ducks. My wife was shocked to find they are made fresh for each order. She brought some home and only one word describes them.

I had a Groupon and they do not accept Groupon due to the hurricane. It's disappointing it was still valid. It will impact how I view the place in the future. Still good doughnuts though.

We went yesterday and when we got there we’re told that the store was closed. We went back today and I ordered online to make sure we wouldn’t have any issues. The order said it would take 40 minutes which was already a long wait but my kids wanted it so I ordered. We get there and they hadn’t even started my order. Waited o er an hour standing there before we got our donuts. They neglected to tell me that they were out of certain toppings and took it upon themselves to make a donut that they thought we would want instead. Two days in a row of disappointment. Never again.

This is about the best donut you can come across. Hot and fresh with about 2 dozen different options.

First time customer. The final product was OK. The problem is at 9 am on a Wednesday only 2 employees. I stood for 5 minutes and watched one mix ingredients before they waited on 2 of us. Also, witnessed 4 customers leave. The worst part, I asked for a napkin, and they said they did not have any. The employee went to the hand wash station and tore a paper towel off for me. I think the owner needs to do a little more work.
