Build your own sandwich, so it was just the way I ordered plus a couple of things (?). Their online ordering app does not behave well when your credit card expires 😢

I like the service and the people. A really nice atmosphere, and I've been here on more than one occasion. Now there is the option to order your food prior to getting there. I liked this place, but it can still improve.

*Edited from 1 to 2 stars because they refunded us. We’ve been waiting almost two hours for a few simple sandwich orders. We love the food here but this is disappointing.

A bit confusing concept, wine bar meets sanwhich shop, but a refreshing change from typically rich, greasy bar food. Cocktails were tasty, but sandwiches took quite awhile to serve out party of 8.

Good wine mixed with great food and an amazing atmosphere. My go to spot on nice days. They have a lot of really good drink specials too so make sure you check them out

Came here for my first time on my friends recommendation. I waited at least 30-40 minutes before finding out my order was lost from their system. They offered to make me a new one for free, I asked for it to go, and after waiting another half hour back at my table, I finally find out that they simply left it on the bar for who knows how long without any word to me. Having wasted an hour and a half from studying for finals, I don't see myself coming back.

$6 sandwiches and a nice outdoor patio. Tru has been a great pickup or outside dining spot during the pandemic.

A great venue for meetings, can get very crowded during the semester with undergraduate students and it is slightly pricy. The lighting/tables are nice though as is the seating area.

TRU changed the sandwhich and wine scene on Franklin St. I did a graduation event there and they were lovely to organize with. Great eats and drinks.

TRU is a great place to get together with friends and hangout. The decor and music create a welcoming and lively ambiance. Definitely a great place to be in Chapel Hill.
