I've been an Einstein regular across the US for years & was happy to see you open in St George. Came in from Mesquite on Monday @ 1:30. Chairs were all up on tables. Manager (?) Was sitting chatting, 3 girls behind counter- 1 cleaning, 2 playing with phones. Took so long to even acknowledge us that lady behind us left. Counter girl somewhat rude & seemed put out to wait on us. My mocha cap had no mocha, friends bagel burned tho not toasted. Creamer had been put away & gee, girl had to put her phone down to get it out for us. Found a table edge to place my food/coffee so I could remove chairs from table. Manager too busy?Employee asked us to leave - said they closed 15 minutes ago. I apologized, thought they closed at 4. She huffed, said at least 3 mths it had been 2. Said we could sit outside. While outside, 3 sets of customers came. None knew about the hours either. One said the website didn't say 2?? Einstein used to be a go to for me. No more. I paid $30 to be treated lousy & the 1/2 dz I brought home - not so good either

I get Einstein Bagels all the time at other locations, but this St. George store is the worst. I placed an order in the app and arrived to a very busy store. There were several people waiting for orders. Our order was not there so I figured I'd wait since they were calling out orders and people were getting them. After 30 minutes (all of the people there waiting were gone) I finally asked about my order and the person said he'd check. He never came back. I stopped him again and asked and he said I don't know what's going on, she was supposed to come talk to you. I asked another worker about my order and she said "We made that order a while ago". I told her it wasn't here and nobody called it out. She shrugged her shoulders and walked off. Normally I'm pretty chill with workers because I know they aren't paid well and most issues are not caused by them but I was tired of not getting an answer. I walked over to where all of them were working and asked if they were re-making my order. One of them turned to me and said they couldn't re-make my order, that I would have to cancel my order, then get in the back of the line behind everyone (which was very long) and place a new order. I told her I'd just dispute the charge and I left.

Food is always good but we never get what we order. This time I was also shorted food.

First time at this establishment. Clean and well organized. Deciding what to try was difficult due to the many choices. Ordering was simple and I told the lady it was my first time. Sent down the way to pay. After my card was ran the lady here told me to have a nice day. I found this odd because she got my money, I have no food, and it sounds like I'm now supposed to leave. I placed a second order because I saw the quick pick up drink area and an ad that caught my eye. A young man brought me my food and I stopped him to ask if both orders were in the bag or just one. He said both. I unloaded the bag and noticed none of the sandwiches were labeled. Also, I was missing an item. I had to return to the order taker and ask her for my missing item and where I find my drink. These people barely performed the basic duties and should remain at their current pay level. Why would we raise the minimum wage when the minimum work cannot be performed? I would return, I just wish I knew which sandwich I liked.

This store is back to its practice of disabling online ordering so the review below expresses my current rating of 2 Stars. Mentioned this bad practice to store staff but they didn’t care.
Previous Remarks
This store routinely shuts down it's online ordering option when they get busy which not only hurts brand loyalty but creates more foot traffic into the store that the workers have to handle manually. Really not impressed with management operation of this store. Don't go to this location if you are looking for a dependable option for something to grab quickly on your way to work.

I don't recomend ordering catering. I had a 7 am meeting. Order was scheduled to be picked up at 6:30. I arrived at 6:20. I was told it would be 15 to 20 minutes. My order was not ready until 7:07. There were no condiments for the coffee and no utensils. If you have to be on time this is not the establishment to use.

We order bagels to go from here quite a bit and there is always something incorrect but we live so far that we don’t bother coming back. Today I ordered a Swiss and egg bagel, got home and it was piled with ham. I am a vegetarian. Called the store and they didn’t answer. $6 down the drain.

It's Enstein so I expected a little bit of a wait, it's covid so I expected a little bit short on supplies, but we order and they are literally out of everything we wanted. Then the bagel I ordered didn't have everything I ordered. The tables were not wiped off and the inside a little dirty. Not a total turn off of the place. I'll be back to try again but just hope next time things are better.

Very kind wonderful staff, and I love the store. Staff is always friendly, always pleasant and customer service oriented. Establishment is exceptionally clean! Sadly, the bagels have significantly shrunk down about 50% smaller since the last time I visited (mini bagels now!) and with no change in price. Time to move on. Very disappointing.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at any food place by far, I went to Einstein’s this morning around 11 the store and online says they close at 2. When I walked up to the doors they were locked, I looked around inside and saw multiple employees standing around, I knocked several times trying to get someone’s attention but when I finally did, all the employees did was laugh and point. I’m disgusted with their behavior and will be sharing this experience with many, since by the looks of this review page I’m not the only one who has this experience. If management/owner is okay with the way they acted there’s a lot bigger problems. They honestly need to fire every single one of their employees, they are childish, ignorant, and self absorbed. I am very displeased with the experience and rude staff. I will be contacting your HR because obviously the owner is not making any changes.
