Einstein Bros. Bagels

The jammed parking lot is the reason I won't go back. The row I turned into is blocked at the other end because of drive through. When I tried to back out, the cars are SO backed up to get out. An oversized huge truck came in and just had to back in. No room!!! People don't stop. They want to get out and no sympathy if they block you. The food. Bagel sandwiches. I don't eat bread... very little on the menu not bread. I got some eggy looking things that look like bagels. Like 4.79 each. Not worth it. Why did I go here? Lunch group. I brought a Florentine bagel home to hubby. He liked.

I've ordered the baker's dozen box 3 times on doordash and they have yet to include the smear. Can't eat a bagel without the smear.

We normally get really excited about bagel sandwiches from this place but the last few times we’ve gone, orders have been wrong and they forgot food. The employees were more interested in each other than they were about the customers coming it. It wasn’t busy, us and another couple, and we waited a really long time for our food. We got 2 sandwiches, an orange juice, and a hashbrown. The order came out with one correct sandwich and a sandwich with missing meat. No orange juice or hashbrown. Kinda disappointing:/

My wife and I were very disappointed from our experience. We ordered over the phone for pickup. They said it'll be ready in 20 mins. Once I got there to pay and pickup, they told me they were out of the sandwich I had ordered... they didn't call me or give any heads up. So I change my order and have to wait for the new one. They also got my wife's order wrong and I had to correct them before paying. Once I got my order and got home, it turns out they got my wife's order wrong again! Just a bad experience.

The bagels at this Einstein are always so good , they are always busy and the staff is always very friendly . Everyone always has a great attitude , which I know is hard dealing with fast paced food environment and impatient people .

I love Einstein Bagels, but this location is in desperate need of some leadership. It seems that every time we go in there is the same manager on shift, and although she is peppy, she is not getting the job done to the normal standard. The visit I just left from was one of many but I'm finally leaving a review. I waited 25 minutes for my breakfast sandwich and when I eventually got it, it was cold. The manager made about a two minutes appearance and went back to the back. When I arrived it was not busy but because it was talking so long the place got packed. The woman who was behind me in line waited 15 minutes to pay at the register, that's when the manager came up and cashed her out and left the next guest hanging. I love Einstein enough to keep going but man I hope they read this and take into consideration that they need new leadership here. Like I said it wasn't my first experience like this at this location and if no changes happen I doubt it's my last.

Best bagel I have had in a long time! And I dropped my drink due to my chemotherapy treatments and they took care of me with absolute class!

Consistently good sandwiches and a good selection of bagels, even later in the day.

The staff here is always friendly and helpful. The speed is quick too.

My only gripe is it's located next to Chick Fil A, so getting in and out of the parking lot is a chose :(. Otherwise, Einstein is my go-to bagel place!

Love this place! I love their blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese. I tried their twice baked hash brown today and I absolutely loved it. The people are so nice. I love that every worker is so unique and free to be themselves. Very rarely do you see that with jobs anymore. It's very refreshing to see that. :D
