I like einsteins as a rule, but this is the 3rd or 4th time in a row this location has messed up my order. 30 minutes waiting, just to get the wrong thing. I'm hungry, I'm not going to wait through the line and then wait for them to make it again. I'm just not going to go any more, which is a shame because I like their bagels. Check your order at the counter when they hand it to you is all I can really say. Which is rude but.. not much else for it. 1 time, and only 1 time have I received what I ordered.

40 mins for a brunch box. After 40 mins I asked what was taking so long,. The guy went to the box and finished it in 3 mins.... All 5 workers saw me standing there for 40 mins and even the girl who took my order didn't even bother finishing it up. If I hadn't spoken up I'd prob still be standing there. I asked the guy directly:. So if I hadn't come up to you the order wouldn't have been finsihed? He said, yeah I guess.

Terrible customer service.

This place is awful. Really struggling to understand the value of a “customer”. I am sure they will continue to be in business only due to the Einstein name with no other bagel shop competing in St. George. It is immediately apparent that the manager/owner has a bad attitude as the employees reflect that. I was welcomed with signs on door and at counter scolding the customer to be grateful that employees have chosen to even show up to work during the labor Shortage. I remember a time where hard work says everything about your character. I was astounded that this was the position of this shop’s owners. As I waited over 45 min for 1 bagel toasted, I watched as chick fil-A right next door served car after car with a smile and a warm greeting making the customer feel that their business was valued. I decided to start counting the cars served in the time it took to acknowledge I had stepped into the establishment. I counted 15 cars and no one else was at counter. The gentleman behind me walked out . I finally gave my order and then continued to count chick fil-A’s service. I counted another 42 cars served in the time it took to place and receive an order of 1 bagel toasted. It’s a shame we have moved so far away from not appreciating the customer’s patronage.

Standard Einstein bagel shop. Service friendly, bagels fresh but as is typical for Einstein, not really NYC quality. Shop is pretty large, some Einstein locations can be dead slow at service, this one is somewhat better. I do like their coffee a lot . Plenty of parking. Not very crowded last time I was in.

Driving through St. George on our way to Vegas from Colorado. (Yes, driving.) The only highlight was the worker, Emily, who made sure we were taken care of. Absolutely sweet. Everyone else was questionable. 10/10 for Emily. The rest? I can only imagine how horrible management is.

This is false advertising. Because when you order on DoorDash they never include the effing smear. 3 times now.

Never had any problem with Einstein Bros. Bagels until I order from this store smh

I ordered a couple bacon and cheese sandwiches on the cheesy hash brown bagel and that bagel had absolutely nothing on it. I also ordered their new chocolate coffee less shake. It definitely had coffee in it and absolutely no chocolate. The guy seemed annoyed when I tried to remind them I ordered the shake and he certainly took his time making it. It looked like he saw he messed up cuz he paused and looked at it like I wasn’t supposed to do that but then continued like he didn’t do anything wrong. It was definitely not what I ordered and was very disappointing.

It's pretty unnerving how employees won't make eye contact, or even acknowledge you're there sometimes. Especially if you have a pickup order. I feel very unwelcome at this store. I don't think I'll be coming back

I like Einstein Bros in general. They do have the closest to NY style bagels anywhere outside NYC. They usually have fast and friendly service in a clean restaurant. My last time here they just could not get my order right, literally had to repeat the order four times and they still didn't make it correctly. I was more frustrated than anything and I didn't want to wait any longer so I just dealt with it. I would go back here again, the food is always good, I just hope they can get the order right the first time is all.
