Einstein Bros. Bagels

They have a good variety of bagels, but are usually out of half a dozen flavors. Coffee is alright, but my biggest complaint is the service. At least twice I've had cashiers switched midway through my order, and then received a wrong item. Not a bad place, but could definitely step up the customer service.

The restaurant was clean and so we're the restrooms. Our order was correct and the food was quite good! They were a little slow but it tasted fresh so I wasn't worried. We used a coupon and so a family of four ate for under $20. At regular menu price, we would have been around $8-$9 per person for lunch. 👍

Large selection of bagel's only issue is they are not cooked properly. Pale in color no crust not baked the traditional way. Avoid if you like true bagels.

Out of everything screwed up my order overpriced never coming back.

It’s a good location. Can be a bit dirty. But one of the employees wouldn’t look me in the eye and was very rude. I have a SS Card and I asked if I could upgrade my free drink to a coffee. Her response: “I don’t know I just work here.” Like, okay. And then when my order was ready another employee called my name out very impatiently multiple times and was very rude about picking up my order. Good place, employees could use an attitude adjustment.

I love the bagels but they are always out! I was there at noon, 3 hours before they close and they had no bagels! Last time I was here they closed early. I saw a bunch of people walking in and then leaving because there are no bagels. You are a bagel store. Why are you out of bagels during lunch hours before you close?

Not happy with Einstein's here in St George Utah at sll. I was there probably around 2p ...and they had very little left. Apparently they only get so many bagels a day, which is odd. I thought they make their bagels fresh ea day, but not according to the clerk's response. I asked him, saying, "Don't you make your bagels here"? He said no they only get so many in a-day. That's not bad enough, they also changed their closing time from 4 to 3? WHAT THE HECK! Not happy that I bought Einstein gift cards as a stocking stuffer now. I will look for a new bagel shop.

For some reason this locations bagels were way better than the one we usually go in Vegas! Love this place, always a nice, quick and delicious place to stop!

Me and my boyfriend were in line for ever. When we got to order we ordered what we wanted and made it clear. 2 coffees, 2 bagles, and 1 pastry. We went to pay for what we ordered and sat down. We were happy and enjoying our morning. And then when they called our order we only got 1 pastry, and 1 bagel. That wasn't even the bagel we ordered. We went to tell them that our order was wrong. They fixed it and gave us the right order. We were okay with the service, we didn't think it was too bad. Then when they called for our coffee they got it wrong again. We ordered hot and it came out cold. The girl serving it wasn't your go to person to start with.. she was very rude that we didn't like the coffee she made us. All we wanted was a nice hot cup of coffee. She was snappy and rude but luckily they had one nice girl working so our experience wasn't completely horrible. And the bagles were amazing. But I really don't suggest going here.

My experiences are normally a pretty good here, however on this day I came and before work to grab something to eat, there was one person making sandwiches and the lady in front of media had a huge order. I ended up believing after placing an order because the sandwich was not made and I would have been late for work. A lot of 6:00 a.m. workers go and there to eat, maybe they should have more than 1 person making sandwiches in the morning specially for those who actually have to go to work
