Twice now in the last 2 weeks we have had bad experiences here. Between mistakes on orders and generally discourteous service we will not likely come back. We used to love Einsteins but it seem their rise in popularity has hurt both product and service. I almost never leave bad reviews but the way my wife was treated is not acceptable to me.

Let me start with I love the bagels. Most especially the Apple Cinnamon bagel with Apple Cinnamon cream cheese, BUT they keep giving me messed up orders. I could forgive the first although I couldn't eat it. When I go I always order the AC bagel and cream cheese and get it to go. One time a month or so ago I got my bagel and raced to work. I should have checked it before I left but by the time I realized the mistake I was stuck at work. It was an onion bagel with normal cream cheese and I don't like normal cream cheese. So today when I got my bagel I looked and sure enough it was my bagel. I go to work, pull out my wonderful treat, open it up and discover no cream cheese. I know it may seem like a small complaint but....if I ordered it I want it. I will probably still go as it is the only Einsteins in town but I won't trust them anymore.

This Einstein’s was fairly clean and employees were nice. They did keep running out of bagels (it was super busy but it’s annoying when you pay $9 for a bagel and then don’t even get the one you want) but one thing that I really couldn’t get over was the fact that all the employees were not wearing hair nets and they had some crazy hair styles going on. Which is fine, but when you’re making food I feel like you should be wearing hair nets for suuure.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE! It took 30 minutes for me to get 3 bagels and there were hardly any other customers there. Employees seem to have no idea what's going on. They just stand there completely lost staring at the order screens asking each other about the orders and what's what. I watched every other customer in there ask where there order was or bring incorrect orders back up to be remade. They gave me a jalapeño bagel toasted when I asked for it not toasted so I took it back to the counter to ask for a jalapeño bagel not toasted and of course there was no more jalapeño bagels. I don't know what could be so confusing about bagels/sandwiches but they need training or new staff or a miracle of some sort! This place is a joke!

This morning, 10-19, I was not impressed at all by the performance of the guy making the orders. I don’t know if he was new or what the issue was, but he was much slower than any other person I’ve seen working in the line. I am conveying this as a training issue to the manager. Than you.

I will not being back to this Einstein's Bagels. The boy behind the counter that took our order didn't greet us, didn't ask if we were ready to order, instead he just stood there staring at us. After we told him our order, he said 'next counter.' and that was the end of our 'conversation.' The person that rang us up was equally as rude. They had a gross nose ring in (you work with food... Don't we have standards?), Didn't greet us, but just asked our name. Once it was done ringing up our total instead of telling us our total, just stood there staring at us. I gave it my card and it swiped it, then threw away my receipt and turned to it's friends behind the counter. Complete lack of customer service will leave you with less customers. The lack of professionalism is sad. Whoever is staffing this restaurant needs to evaluate their hriing process.

We arrived at 2:45 pm to grab bagels for Saturday morning. The sign and website said the store closes at 3pm. There were 3 workers and a customer inside. There were bagels in the case. We knocked a few times, called several times and stood outside the door looking in. We were completely ignored. Not one worker came to the door to acknowledge us or even explain why they weren’t servicing customers within the displayed hours. At 2:55 pm we decided to leave and the workers began clapping and cheering. I’m disgusted that this establishment allows this behavior from their employees.

Love the bagels. They are often out of certain types of bagels. The servers are nice but super slow. It shouldn't take 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. The last time I was there I waited in line so long I walked out and went somewhere else for lunch.

Good food, but terrible service! We got there around noon on a Saturday and they had about TWO choices of bagels - they were out of absolutely everything! The employee taking our order was awful and had no idea what she was doing and was SO SLOW! Once we finally got our food, it was wrong and they didn’t even give us our sides. Sadly, this was nothing out of the ordinary for this location. They are in desperate need of competent employees and new management that knows how to run a business.

Pleasant facility and staff. Delicious coffee. BUT... if you are looking for real bagels they don't have them. Instead they have baked bagels, while they are tasty, are not the real deal. Too fluffy, like french bread. They don't have that characteristic outer crunch with chewy inside of a real bagel.
