Einstein Bros. Bagels

it was only noon but they had very few available bagels. Came for the asiago bagel but they didnt have that! :( The pepperoni bagel was good, but the chai latte had a weird aftertaste and we didn't finish it! Service was decent but everything else....

Best bagels anywhere. Took forever to get my bagel. Everyone behind me in line was gone, still standing there. They don't like when you ask either. I could see if i got a sandwich but it was just a bagel!

Fast and friendly service. Store manager is the best!! She remembers customers names that frequent the STG location. Don’t get scared off by the parking lot which tends to get over crowded. The food is worth it!!

Woman taking order was rude, several bagels we wanted that were on display were not available, asked why they have them being displayed if they are not available and she said they were sold already but had not been made. Why would you display bagels if they are sold? When asked what else was available she told us cinnamon and sugar, we said that’s it? And she said no... alright then what else is available? Several others we asked for which were on display were also unavailable. They were also short staffed, the lady that took orders went back and forth from there to the register causing the line to move incredibly slow. After we were done eating they still had the bagel she previously said was not available on display.

This place is great if you want to wait 30 minutes for a bagel. I will take partial responsibility for the time that was wasted in this Einstein Bagels... I should have walked out when they told me they had 4 bagels to choose from. Such a disappointing visit. There are many places to give my money to for lunch and I'll never go there again.

I will never support this restraunt ever again. I used to like eating there bagels here and every now and then a coffee as a treat along time ago. But I know now the true colors behind how the managment is like and shift leaders especially Lei, Cassandra, and Adurany. They and all the employees will put on a show and act like there super friendly people and everything is great until you don't like something they do or something is wrong theyll pull a 180 attitude. I thought Lei was an awesome and best manager there, but found out she's a sneaky liar. The only person/manager I really like there is Matt. Everybody else makes me feel uncomfortable with there snotty attitudes. Never again!

The service is awesome. Everyone is always very polite and friendly. When I waited a little longer than normal for my food to get done, I was given a card for a free bagel sandwich. Their bagels and schmear are tasty. Definitely recommend.

Check your schedule to make sure you have 15 minutes when visiting here, even if just picking up. Shouldn't be a long process to cut a bagel in half. The bagels are really good though.

Very good. Not many bagels to choose from, waited 10 minutes for hot and fresh blueberry. So good! They were out of our favorite schmear, but no worries. Still good.

I worked at an einstines before so I understand that it gets busy and it’s hard to keep up and I’m not sure these reviews actually help chance anything at anytime BUT this store needs to be whipped into shape. It is always backed up every time I go in and there is no one who seems to be working at a fast pase to try and keep up. I don’t see team work. If you want a bagel in st George Utah you need a patient attitude!
