Had to stop in for a drink at the famed bar as part of our walk down St. Charles. Still beautifully decorated for the holidays. It was lovely, not crowded, and the staff is so welcoming. The hotel itself is a true New Orleans gem kept in tact impeccably. A must-try while exploring Uptown!

I think the hotel is beautiful, but most of my experience is with their hotel bar which I always visit when I'm in town. The atmosphere is perfect and I had the best gin & tonic of my life on a steamy New Orleans afternoon.

Been going over the years and think this place is slipping a bit. It’s more modern now and less personal/local. Still a good place to grab a drink.

Streetcar took us right out front. Beautiful building and atmosphere.

We went to the New Year's Eve party at the Columns and it was one of the coolest experiences we've ever had. The price was high, but TOTALLY worth it. Open bar with amazing cocktails, and food was incredible! Fantastic music. We had a BLAST! It was definitely the first time I've had a good experience with an "all inclusive" New Year's Eve party.

Beautiful atmosphere and ambiance… highly recommend brunch and cocktails on the porch.

The staff was very attentive. The food and cocktails were both wonderful. Small selection of great offerings on the menu with eggs Florentine and a delectable offering of a half fried chicken & biscuits.

The whole experience makes for a wonderful morning or afternoon happy hour just hanging out watching the Street Cars roll by. Truly a unique New Orleans experience.

Fun atmosphere, great drinks and food. What more can you ask for? We went here for brunch and love the vibe here. My first time here and will definitely come back. The food and drinks are excellent! The half chicken can easily feed 2 people. Great outdoor space and fun seeing poems all around.

Went to have a few drinks with friends after a concert. But upon entering the hostess said there will be no waiter to serve us and we have to sit outside. We went to the bar to get our own drinks and found out we can drink inside for we were the only people there and after some drinks and food. There were only 2 other table. Glad we did not listen to the hostess.

Enjoyed a nice Irish coffee outside.

Was traveling alone and came by for snacks and a drink. The staff was so nice and the food and wine offerings were great. I could have asked for a spoon for the marinade that was on the tuna crudo… will definitely be back!
