Beautiful hotel, with historic decor and furnishings. We weren't guests of the hotel, just stopped in for a drink, but the bar was closed. Front desk clerk and another staff member didn't speak to us or acknowledge our presence as we briefly walked through the lobby, bar, and other first floor rooms.

Iconic, must-experience locale. Whether the hotel, the bar, the patios or the porch, it's all about ambience. Don't expect too much from the bar beyond standards and classics but, they are friendly and serve quality drinks. Do yourself a favor and always order "with legs". They also feature live music almost every night!

Met up with a friend at the columns for a couple drinks. The staff was helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is nice and they had a good happy hour prices. I had a martini and my friend had a sazarac. I would definitely recommend as a place to start the night or for appetizers

We got married here on 2/29/2020 and everything was perfect. Adam made everything super easy and low stress, and worked with us on all of our concerns. The wedding was gorgeous and everything was handled with professionalism and experience which meant i got to enjoy my big day instead of putting out fires. Thanks Adam!!!

Such a cool hotel in a great location in the Garden district. Right off the streetcar line. The patio is the best part to enjoy a drink from the old fashioned bar and enjoy the beautiful setting. Good shrimp and grits too!

The outdoor seating is perfect for a group to enjoy drinks or dinner together while watching the parade or taking in the New Orleans nightlife. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Good food. Great atmosphere.

Great Victorian bar and porch! Fab bloody Mary's and great Margaritas. Yummy happy hour too if they still have it. Pretty Baby was filmed here years ago.

The Ambiance was beautiful the drinks were great however the food was cold and subpar. I waitress was very inexperienced and when someone at our tabled asked a question she said i dont know google it......for such a luxurious place you would think their chef would take care and prep for presentation even though its Bistro Style Dining We will definitely try it again. At this point they're definitely not on my top list to put on the radio show but will try again maybe they were having an off night.
