Great service from a wonderful lady! I needed some advice on caffeine levels of cold coffees vs. hot coffee and I received very helpful, detailed explanations from the lady who assisted me. Nice buying experience!

They lady was very nice! Food was good too.

Tim Horton's is always awesome. They have by far the best coffee, and on this stop I tried their Chipotle Chicken Wrap which was also delicious. Friendly staff and fast service.

couldn't dine in drive through only but the service was great nice to see positive friendly worker with a heartfelt smile

Wished they didn't glaze all the doughnuts so thick ,I used to really love Tim Horton's doughnuts over the competition .I asked for a no glazed and it was glazed so thick.

Of the 3 workers visible NONE of them had appropriate PPE during a pandemic. Plus, their hygiene was undesirable. The person who took my order took it 3x. They asked me each time and each time something else would throw him off.

I went here to buy an Ice cream cake, (that was tiny, expensive, and not even good) and experienced very slow service. I only had one choice of cake and if I wanted a different kind, I would have to order and wait 48hrs. Not impressed.

Why does this place suck so bad! This girl couldn't get 3 small ice cream bowls and a pie like you very much cone through her ditzy head. I drove over 30mins to take my kids there and ended up letting my BOWL of ice cream melt in my passenger side after asking about 5 or 6 times LITERALLY for the cone "just like the picture" SHE LOOKED AT THE PICTURE 5 TIMES! After being offered a PAPER CONE (I did not just drive this far for f*%$ing PAPER) I stormed out very disappointed and i don't think I'll be going back there. To top it off I'm huge and pregnant and just wanted a damn waffle cone.

I normally like this place but this location sucks. The employees are rude they acted like they hated being at work. It was only 7 they close at 12 had like maybe ten doughnuts and the guy said there was no more, as there's a whole tray of fresh ones sitting on the back counter. The manager of this place should really step up and make this location better.

Pretty shoddy customer service. I understand all the tourists inundating the poor lady at the counter and her not being able to keep up. I don't understand why it took having a line out the doors to open a second register. Also, the breakfast board clearly stated that all meals come with a coffee and a hashbrown. However, when we went to get our hashbrown the lady (?) With the low neckline and very noticeable chest tattoo very rudely said that if you actually wanted a hashbrown then you needed to state that at the time of your order and we were basically s.o.l. Live and learn.
