Loyal Tim Horton' s customer who visits multiple different locations and this one by far has the worst service of any location. Service is always slow. Today waited 10+ minutes at the drive thru and still was the sixth car back and the line never moved. Drove around, deciding to go inside. Bad choice. Long line there too. A location near the freeway needs to offer quick service for drivers who want to get back on the road.

Went through the drive thru this morning, waited in the line for 27 minuets! When I finally got to order the lady asked if I wanted the Carmel macchiato iced or hot so I asked my teenage daughter (since it was for her) and when I didn’t answer the lady right away she became very rude and spoke to me like I was an incompetent 2 year old! Then when I finally made it up to the pickup window I sat there for an additional 6 minuets without anyone coming to the window! The service here at the west Branch Tim Hortons is the most horrid service I’ve ever had anywhere! The employees are always very rude and act like you are inconveniencing them, and the restaurant is always dirty! I do not recommend this establishment to anyone!

Stopped for coffee/breakfast on 7/14 at 10am. Coffee was typical Timmy’s (read good), the bagels were blah and the doughnuts were stale. The service was terribly slow. The cashier acted like it was an inconvenience for my wife to get a bagel, made sure to let her know she got the last one. We ordered 2 coffees, 3 bagels, and a 10 count timbit. It took 22 minutes to get our food. I’ve never had an issue at any other Timmy’s, but I will not come back to this one.

Stopped at 7:30 pm on Black Friday. At drive thru I was asked to wait. After several moments I was finally helped (no other cars in sight, and not a soul inside the restaurant). Pulled up to window, and only visible employee was sitting there playing with her phone. A few minutes later another employee appears and takes some interest in our order. He walks over and starts to make a pot of coffee. Then he disappears into the back again. We eventually left without our order and went to McDonald's. The girl on her phone never even looked up at us. Whoever owns this franchise had better wake up to the sad state of their employees, or they are going to lose this business.

The food was good but the service and staff completely ruined the experience. They said I could have a cup of soup as my side with the sandwich combo then charged me extra for it and the water which was also supposed to be part of the combo price. When I talked to the manager, he said the check was right. The staff should have told me the soup was not one of the choices for my side. They need better training!!!

Donuts on Friday has been a tradition with my kids for the past 3 years. The service varies. Most days they're mildly friendly but sometimes they're far from it. A few weeks ago they proceeded to argue with me over ordering 6 donuts vs 4 claiming it'd be cheaper which it wasn't.
Updating my review.... End of the year last donut day this morning. I ordered 4 sausage, egg and cheese English muffins and a small ice cap. Get to the window and ask to add on a donut. I pay, get my order and they give me an ice cap, donut and one muffin. I said I ordered 4. They proceeded to argue. I said I have 4 kids I know that I ordered 4. They charged me full price for 2 instead of doing 2 for $4. Just lost a weekly customer!!

Filthy store.
Today the mic on the drive through menu board was out of service so they had a sign on it saying so. Also as I drove up the gal came and said the same thing advising I had to come inside. (or... you could take orders AT the window?)
As usual they were grossly understaffed for a Saturday afternoon and the store was a disaster.
I hope they can get this store some more and better help.
I left without buying anything.
Tried again on 12/15. Nope.

Ordered a peppermint mocha latte and got no flavoring at all in my drink. This is not the first time this has occured. Will most likely be my last time going to this facility for drinks.

A little perturbed that they no longer sell pumpkin spice lattes, but the sign is still up for it. Then a million excuses as to why. I get it, corporate needs to send a new sign for display, but creativity and some simple x's made with painters tape makes it easier on everyone. They have a new espresso machine and the cashier said she added more sugar so it wouldn't be bitter... didn't work, still bitter.

Have stopped here every time traveling north and this is the last time. The bathrooms are always dirty, blow dryer to dry hands instead of towel dispensers so you’re having to touch the handle that others touch after NOT washing they’re hands, always out of donuts. This time at 6pm the lobby is closed. Done 👎
