Worst experience I’ve ever had at a tim Hortons. The trainer made my entire groups coffees wrong. Then got an attitude when we asked for our drinks to be corrected. We had to ask multiple times for our donuts. All around rude.

Best iced coffee you can get

The employees did not greet us when we came in. Did not ask what we would like. They were not in a good mood. We ordered 3 simple things that took them 10 minutes to fix One was a bagel, a donut, and one Iced drink.

Went for coffee and a treat, but did not expect how delicious the mocha mint cappuccino to be so delicious. The service was good, and I actually ordered the TimBiebs, which were pretty good. My daughter got her usual crullers which is always yummy.

7 workers present. Didn’t greet any customers. Took far too long for the simplest orders. We had to ask to place an order while all the workers just stood there. Workers had a bad attitude.

Tim Hortons always has fresh, delicious coffee. This location served us old coffee that was very weak, and because we were traveling, we didn't have our first sip until we were already on the freeway. Very disappointing.

The manager was incompetent and extremely rude. Messed up our order then yelled at us. I then asked for a refund and she slapped my hand. Would like the franchise owner to contact me.

Everything was very good the seating spaces are limited.

No need to go here anymore as they have discounted their best selling sour cream donuts!

Waited over 20 minutes in drive thru line for 2 sandwiches and 2 coffees, all the while watching the next door McDonald’s fly people through. When we got to the window, there was absolutely no sense of urgency or customer service from the staff. Only stopped because I like their coffee better than other fast food chains but definitely not worth that experience. Will not stop again, they should be ashamed
