The staff was simply awful. The lady working on Labor Day around 6PM answered the drive thru with her mouth full. I pull to the window to receive my bagel I paid an extra $1.80 for (extra cream cheese and butter)...just ruined. On what planet do we place butter on top of cream cheese? I ignore this and ask for honey with my tea and they proceed to debate whether they have it and then make me wait while they find the button to charge me .27 cents for honey for the tea I just ordered. Rude, with no attempt to make my experience an enjoyable one.

Stopped this morning for breakfast. I'll start with the positive. Food was good & coffee excellent. The young man that waited on us was very friendly. The place was filthy. We found one clean table. Entrance carpets looked like they hadn't been swept in a week. Small handprints all over the ice cream case & water all over the floor. I realize the water was from the case as they were experiencing a problem, but mop it up. Safety was the issue. Management needs a refresher course.

Terrible experience. We waited for a long time in the drive through. They got our order wrong, even though the order was very basic. The food was stone cold. I ordered an egg and cheese bagel. The Bagel was totally unheated the egg was cold and cheese was unmelted. The hash brown sticks were cold and tasteless. The black coffee had milk in it. The person at the window assured me that the milk I ordered for my wife was in the bag...it wasn't. We will definitely not be back.

Pat in the drive thru was amazing today. She could tell my husband ordered my coffee wrong and though I said I was fine, she wasn't quite satisfied. She proceeded to make me the perfect cup of coffee for which I am especially grateful. I no longer have to get a divorce. What service! She was so sweet I had the urge to hug her. Thanks Pat. You were delightful.

Worst Tim Hortons by far. Stopped there for 2 coffees on our way up north for the weekend and waited 20 min for coffee, and it wasn't due to waiting for a fresh pot. Decided to give them one more chance on the way home and experienced the same poor service. Very slow, dirty and old coffee. Extremely disappointed. Something needs to be done to improve this issue since this store is giving a normally great place, a bad reputation.

There was one truck ahead of me. ONE! I waited in line for 10 minutes.... one truck. She kept taking orders but not moving the line. So I left they line along with 2 other ppl. 10 minutes! I orders a doughnut and a smoothie.... i will never come back. I will drive to go to another Tim Hortons.

They advertised White Chai Hot Chocolate on the sign and yet they don't even sell it at this location. While trying to order, the manager was quite rude about the fact that I was trying to order something that they didn't have. Good thing I was using a gift card. Otherwise I wouldn't have wasted my money.

Great stop. This Tim's is open early and I've always had great coffee and service. The large gas station being next door really makes it convenient too. Definitely make it a stop in your next travels!

Absolute favorite coffee and I love the sesame bagels! My only negative comment would be that every time I order my bagel I request toasted with butter and cream cheese. Only 1 out of 10 times it will be correct. They don't toast enough and never add the butter. I explain clearly want I want. I just wish management could get the teams to listen to the customer orders and enter them corretly. It's not rocket science.

They ignore you at the counter. Happened twice on Sunday and again this morning. When they did help the muffins were literally thrown into the bag.
We always looked forward to our trips, we miss some of the products. But with employees with a piss poor attitude it is not with it
