Shame on Tim Horton for having such management running their stores
This place is totally disorganized.
Enter at your own risk. Manager Dawnette was totally unprofessional, she threatened us to leave the store or will call the police on us.
We placed an order for 6 sandwiches , 6 bags of ships and 5 soups with 4 drinks.
We kept waiting and waiting with no one around.
One worker asking the other workers for help... the other one said...I am leaving...I am leaving. Still waiting for our order, the worker who is behind the counter tells the others I need help, I can’t handle this any more. Seemed overwhelmed throwing things around. I can’t blame him, the manager is no where to be found and definitely short staff.
After a long wait and not getting anywhere, I asked if our order is ready, they had no idea. All orders coming from the drive thru are moving and we are still waiting.
They messed up our order, didn’t get what we asked for...ordered a grilled cheese, and got chicken...asked for broccoli soup...got chicken noodle. Needed crackers, but they had none. Needed a spoon, didn’t have. Still waiting for the 6 bags of chips none with the order. I asked if we can have the chips, and the manager said she is baging it.
We had to keep going back to counter asking for the rest of our order then the worker through the bags of chips at me. I counted them and they were four, I told her we ordered 6. Then she told me I gave you 6. I told her please count them they are 4.
Finally I asked to talk to the manager to explain how long we have been waiting and how our order is messed up.
Then the manger, Dawnette tells me I will give you a refund and leave the store or I am calling the police.
We have been to many Tim Horton stores never been treated like this one, EVER!!!
Shame on Tim Horton for having such management running their stores.

Traveling and stopped in for coffee. Servers were nice, but sold us old donuts. Make sure you check the product before you drive off. Two of the donuts were rock hard. The rest were still inedible. Time for a health check. Gross.

I ordered three ice cap supreme, one chocolate, two Carmel and a 20 tim bite half glazed half powdered. Received two chocolate ice cap supreme, and one chocolate, and 4 powdered donuts that should have been ten. We are at work and sent someone in between business and our order was messed up cant send no one back to replace it because we are at work but have problems almost every time we go to this location. some times i even get nasty chocolate whip cream on my ice cap that clearly comes with white i think it would be smart to ask if i would like something before you place something on my order that don't even come with it.

My sister and I went in and ordered and proceeded to sit down. I noticed that faux news was on and since I only listen to real news I approached the girl behind the food counter and asked if she could turn the channel. Keep in mind there were no other customers seated in the dining area. She informed me that they did not have a remote. As I returned to my seat she yelled across the room that it was a corporate decision that they play the " news" all day. My sister replied that we would not be objectionable to real news. We will not be back nor will most of our large family .

Maybe you should change your hours on Google. It’s kinda ridiculous that this location is listed as 24/7 but I come by at 8pm, craving a BLT, chips and a lemonade and you’re closed. Be better my Canadian friends, I believe in you.

I've been to this location several times, I'm going to say at least 20 so far through the summer of 2017, only returning because it is the ONLY place to get a hot breakfast before 6:00 am in the region, and I am a road construction worker from out of town living in a hotel locally to work here. Not only is the service HORRIBLE, also 50% of the time my order is WRONG. I've actually expressed these issues to them and been given excuses like, we have a golf outing to cater later...not what I'd like to hear, that your order later superseds me in your store at this moment, or we're short handed. I asked the fellow working the dinning room counter after waiting 15 minutes to have my order taken, what was the slow down he proceeded to tell me everyone's function, and that he was supposed to be there to bake, I replied there won't be any customers to bake for if you regularly make them wait so long. On one occasion it took 26 minutes to get a simple breakfast meal with a coffee and an extra coffee????REALLY????

I came in for a breakfast sandwich after work on 8/21/17 in the AM, I asked if i could get cream cheese added for charge to my sandwich and was given an annoyed look and a sigh. When they finished my sandwich, it was slid across the top of one coolers in my general direction instead of simply handed to me. The atmosphere was hostile and I could have cut the tension with a knife. I thanked the staff and left. I know customer service can be difficult, but smiling and pretending you want to be there sometimes is part of the job. There were.alao finger prints all over the display glass...it was only 0830.

Not bad for a first time visit. One of the lady employees had a very bad attitude and was talking to a female employee coming into work...swearing and complaining on how busy it had been. As customers we should not of had to experience or hear any of it. Made first time here or any other one not so good.

By far the worst store in the state...even the smallest rush of customers sends the employees into a tail spin. Poor service, slow service, errors on items ordered - wrong size drink, wrong food items provided. The food product also tends to decline with the volume of customers. This stores management needs to spend some time at the Saginaw or Bay stores to see what a real rush of customers is like and how to produce quality product during those times.
