A+ on customer service. As soon as the cashier realized I was giving him a tip he became even more of a delight. I want to give 5* but the doughnuts where sub par. I ordered chocolate dipped and they seemed a little older for doughnuts and not very fresh. The iced coffee was amazing though. Will definitely be back for the coffee!

Friendly staff that went above and beyond. It was quite busy as the Manager had left, and then things picked up a lot. The remaining staff took it all in stride. Stayed friendly, kept those waiting involved by acknowledging them, worked fast with no wasted steps. Everyone was satisfied and happy. Great coffee and some yummy pastries.

Stopped in here for a quick bite driving down I-75.
The food was good, as was the coffee. Typical of what I expect from Tim Hortons. The service, however, was extremely slow. There were only 2 people working when we stopped in around 7pm and it took quite a long time to get our orders out. It wasn't a big deal since we weren't in a hurry, but it wasn't the best experience.

Very good coffee and breakfast sandwiches

The Iced Mocha was very good, but the bagel sandwich was awful. I ended up tossing the bagel sandwich- it wasn’t edible. Service was fairly quick and courteous.

The wait for in the building Cold Stone service was actually 7 minutes, 14 seconds before a server was able to take my order, and I was the ONLY one at the ice cream counter. There was one other person at the donut counter. Once my server took my order, it took 2 trips to the rear of the building in order to make a Strawberry Blondie... I may actually reconsider my star rating to a 1 star but I was acknowledged in less than 15 seconds after entering the building. That at least saved me from a 1 star rating.

Gross. Slow. Unsanitary. Stopped in 8/23/20 for coffee on our trip from traverse city to cleveland. I plan to contact the health department. The cashier wore a face shield that didn’t cover her face. Every other worker wore masks below their noses. The restaurant itself was dirty. The service was slow. Just a horrible, troubling experience. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Great coffee as always. I was strong and didn't stuff my face with doughnuts this time, so that's a win for me. The bathroom wasn't very clean, which always puts me off in a place that serves food. Also, I never realized that they didn't have a dairy alternative for coffee. Maybe I shouldn't have presumed because they're really more bakery than coffee shop (and maybe cold stone bans all non dairy goods) but I thought their coffee was popular enough that they'd have it. But the people are nice and the coffee was good anyway.

Coffee was cold, both breakfast sandwiches were cold!!
Went in to get my money back in which I was very glad to see how they kept the kitchen..I'm sure it had not been cleaned in a month!!
Get a better attitude and learn how to clean!!

I had to stop in and pick up doughnuts for a meeting I was going to. Easy access right off I-75. They lady that took my order was friendly and got me taken care of quickly. Everyone loved the doughnuts. I will be using this Tim Hortons again! As should you:-)
