I just left this Tim’s and the service was awful! Especially from the girl with the pink hair. She took her time making my food, threw it on the counter and she made it incorrectly. I went inside and to ask her nicely if I could give her the incorrect one for a correct one (I have an allergy). Before I could even say anything she gives out a loud sigh and asks me with an attitude, “what is it?”. She was extremely unprofessional not only to me but everyone before me in line. (No it was not busy)

Service was fast. Amy provided my service and she was fast to prepare my food and get my donuts put together so I would not be late for work. I do not typically go to Tim Hortons but I do plan to return because of the great service given. Thank you Amy :)

We went through the drive thru. The barista greeted us "can you hold?" We ordered 2 of the same drinks both with extra shots. She rang us up correct on the screen however when we received our drinks one was made without the shot of espresso even though we were charged for it. She never asked if we wanted or gave us a receipt. The drinks tasted good (minus the espresso) but the service was unprofessional.

I’m giving this location 2/5 stars ONLY because the coffee and donuts were delicious (despite the fact that our 3 donuts were placed chocolate down resulting in almost all the chocolate sticking to the bag and coming off). However, the laughable “customer service” we received was deplorable and ridiculous and was the result of complete laziness on behalf of the workers. When we got our coffees my mom asked if we could have dome lids. The woman sighed and said “next time tell us you want dome lids at the speaker so we don’t waste time.” It literally takes 5 seconds to put a lid on and it took her more time to complain about it than to just do it. My mom obviously knows she was supposed to say it at the speaker but forgot, so this worker was reprimanding her for forgetting. No one was even behind us in line or inside when she said this to us. My mom said “you won’t have to worry about the next time because we won’t be back since you don’t even know how to put donuts in a sack.” We were already in the middle of eating our donuts and she saw that, and asked us if we want new ones. My mom said yes. Another lady came back a couple of minutes later and said can we have the other ones back, and at that point we just drove off.

I have never encountered a more efficient and friendly team! Every employee I encounter in the drive-thru impresses me and Amy most of all! My family and I are frequent flyers here and she never fails to make our day!!

Good coffee good service but... The amount of crumbs in donut case could not have been from one day. Dusty grease film on top of the high side counter was thick. Burnt leftover bread by and under toaster was so bad. Staff needs to go into customer area and take a look at what we see. Tomorrow is another day.

Good coffee, but that doesn't matter when the person serving you let's their mask hang from their ear instead of wearing it over their actual face after you watch them touch your food. We threw away our food and poured our coffee into our own containers after seeing that. It's not the "thought that counts" - its a pandemic and you're serving people food.

Very dirty. Every table dirty in the restaurant. Bathroom disgusting! Rude employees. My daughter accidentally spilled her drink and they were rude when I let them know about it. And then told me I’m not replacing that, it wasn’t my fault. Just very rude about everything even after I said that I would pay for another drink. I would give them a 0 stars if I could! I will never return here!!!

Was there at noom on Saturday, ordered 2 bagels toasted with cream cheese, bagels NOT toasted, and stale. Best to avoid this location.

World’s slowest coffee shop ever. There are five people working and it took them 15 minutes to make two drinks while we waited at the window.
