Krispy Kreme

We did a delivery of an assortment to try some of the different donuts. And we were quite disappointed when we got the box and there was 4 different kind of donuts out of 12. And 9 of the 12 donuts were crème filled donuts which are our least favorite and really don’t like. So it seems to be like we got whatever was unpopular. Pretty bummed. Not at all what was advertised.

Store was clean, guy was patient and friendly, donuts were yummy! Only downsides are that they DON'T do free hot light donuts at this location and their free donut for A's on report card program is only for 6th grade and under.

I tried to order donuts from here twice. The first time I was told they didn't have what I wanted and that it would be available later. So I went and made an online order to give them plenty of time to get it ready. I showed up to pick up the order they told me that they didn't have enough of what I ordered and that they would be refunding my money. They were very rude when I asked why they didn't have the stuff when I gave almost 2 hours notice. They told me that it wasn't their problem and that I needed to leave. I'll not be visiting this location again until their management changes.

Pretty dissatisfied, ordered 1 doz LTO Santa doughnuts for $18.99. Visit was at approximately 11:45am on Saturday 11/26/22.
1. I wasn’t asked for my rewards number
2. I didn’t receive my receipt
3. The doughnutsI received were not “as advertised”
4. The doughnuts were Ice Cold

Apple Maps, Google, and their website says they are open 6 am to 10 pm and I have tried to go through their drive through on 3 different occasions, once at 1 pm, once at 8 pm, and again at 9:30 pm all on separate weekdays and they have been closed. None of those days were holidays. Post an honest schedule.

So I entered an order online for $40.00 worth of donuts for a birthday gathering to pick up in 30 minutes. When I checked out out and paid online the system indicated that the donuts would be ready at noon - which was about 45 minutes from when I ordered. Great. I head out to pick up the donuts - drive 15 minutes to get there to arrive at noon (I arrived a couple of minutes after 12pm) and the store is CLOSED. There is a sign on the door and drive up speaker that because of staffing issues they will be closed noon to 3pm.Uh, could you not have contacted me? Why did you let an order go through anyway if you can't fulfill it? Will you even be open at 3? Never again. Unacceptable.

Went there this morning after the drive through opened. After waiting at the menu for a few minutes we drove up to the window to see if they just missed that we were there. We waited a while, then the worker turned and saw us and ignored us completely. We even called a few times and could hear the phone ringing inside. We ended up leaving without donuts waisting our time.

Who doesn't love these donuts? Some people I guess based on the other reviews. But, for me, nothing beats a warm glazed.

Delicious 😂 my favorite is chocolate glazed with rainbow sprinkles 😌 the doughnuts are smaller than grocery store but definitely taste better :)

Well, I have never a problem with Krispy Kreme until today. I pre-ordered they day before but they still didn't have my order ready. Which left me feeling disappointed because these donuts were to celebrate my son birthday with his class. But what can you do? Hopefully they get organized in the future.
