When store hours are posted on the outside of your door but you don’t respond to customers knocking on the door, that’s rude. It’s also not a good business practice to not adhere to your store hours. If you close two hours early for whatever reason, at least have the courtesy to explain why instead of willfully ignoring people. So poorly handled. There were five employees cleaning without anyone acknowledging our knock at the door. Makes a franchise look like it’s being run by children.

I just purchased a box of a dozen glazed donuts at about 5:30 p.m. and I'm pretty disappointed because I drove clear cross town just for these donuts. They are stale!!! Seriously taste like they were made over 48 hours ago. I would rate them at a 2-Start level but I've been here before and have had a great experience so I'm writing it at 3 for now.

We went to the drive thru this morning around 11:30am and they said they were all out of donuts for the day. I’m not quite sure how that happens at a donut shop where they make the donuts especially so early in the day but it was pretty disappointing

A doughnut shop that only sells Fritters on "Fritter Friday". I get it . Annoying, but I get it. So, I go on Friday to get an apple fritter, which happens to be my favorite doughnut, and LO and BEHOLD, they are "Out". Maybe that should tell you that your demand for fritters is high enough to sell them for more than just Fridays or at the very least, increase output quantity. (Just Saying)

Without fail, every time I get an email from Krispy Kreme for some promotion this store doesn’t honor it. I’ll show up and say I want such and such donuts and I get a response that they’re out of them (even though it will only be midday), or that they can only give me one dozen due to staffing shortages. I’ve basically stopped going here because I can never get what I want when I do go. This location is a joke.

Drive thru was the only thing open. I was also told that the deal I was there for was with coupon when my email clearly stated it was not needed. She was also rather rude. I get being short staffed isn't fun but there is no need to be so rude.

We went 20 miles out of our way to stop at Krispy Kreme on our trip. I am sure all their flavors are great, but their original glazed donut is my idea of of donut perfection.

The best donuts. Just make sure you don't come at an off time.

This location worked well. I was slightly frustrated as a couple of months ago their limit for number of same day pick up was 9 dozen. This time it was 5 dozen. I needed 7 dozen for an event that I was hosting. I understand that staffing shortages have caused problems with many businesses, but I do think they could still allow the same amount of donuts to be taken. The staff was understanding and just requested that I place orders 24 hrs or more in advance. Unfortunately because of that it wasn't quite as smooth.
